Research On The Schedule Management Of R City Shantytown Reconstruction Project

With the deepening of reform and opening up in recent years and the growing economic and social development,many cities have begun to step into the renewal stage,and the demand for the renovation and upgrading of shanty towns in the old urban areas is growing.As a kind of real estate development and construction project,improving and enhancing the management level of shanty town reconstruction project is of great significance to the urban development,the enhancement of people’s sense of gain,and the development of construction enterprises.Because real estate development and construction engineering technology of uncertainty is large,so how to use the appropriate project management theory and methods,in fully meet the requirements of quality and safety goals of the entire project,to speed up the project construction progress,reduce the risk of the project construction,to promote the comprehensive benefits of the project becomes especially important.This dissertation will shantytown renovation projects in the R city on the stage as the main research object,through the integrated use of project management related theory,combined with the characteristics of the project construction,analysis of all kinds of the correlated factors affecting the project construction progress,the use of WBS,network technology and a series of tools and methods to the project construction progress plan.In addition,the earned value method and other tools are used to analyze the deviations that can occur in the whole process of advancing the project,and security and guarantee measures are proposed for the control of the project schedule,so as to effectively control the progress of the project and ensure the completion of the project objectives on schedule.This dissertation on the study of the shanty towns transformation project project schedule management has played a certain positive significance and role,through the theory to practice and guidance,to promote the project progress management related theory practice application in shantytown renovation project,especially through the analysis of shantytown renovation projects in the R city on the stage of the construction and management of problem,help the construction unit to build a complete schedule management system as soon as possible,so as to promote the construction of the project to achieve precise management,in order to avoid risks for the enterprise,but also to avoid social conflicts.At the same time,it summarizes the effective schedule management method,which provides a valuable reference for other demolition and resettlement engineering construction projects.
