Research On The Design Of The Elderly Accompanying Intelligent Products Based On User Experience

With the deepening of aging in China,the proportion of the elderly population is increasing year by year.On the contrary,the social endowment resources are seriously insufficient,and the elderly rely more on families.The change of family structure makes the empty nest problem of the elderly more and more common.The elderly living alone will face many physical and psychological problems,which not only cause inconvenience in life,but also deepen the disease due to stress and negative psychological problems.Although the intelligent pension solution has launched life class and communication app for the elderly with mobile phone as the carrier,it still can not meet the physiological and mental health needs of most of the elderly in terms of interaction.This project takes the elderly companion intelligent products as the research object,and the target users are the elderly living alone.It aims to improve the quality of life of the elderly living alone based on the theory of user experience,so as to reduce the burden of social pension and improve the happiness of the elderly living alone.First of all,through consulting the related products and literature related to the elderly,this paper analyzes the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly living alone and the problems existing in the elderly living alone,and puts forward the research content of this topic.Secondly,it collects and sorts out the user experience theory related to the accompanying intelligent products of the elderly,and extracts the design principles of the aging products by combining the user experience model and elements.Then explore the principles of voice interaction and voice user interface design,and find the way to solve the practical problems in product interaction.Then,using the methods of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,the paper conducts User Research on buyers and users respectively to understand the concept of children's pension and the situation of family pension,analyzes and summarizes the needs and expectations of elderly users living alone and their children,and establishes a user image of the elderly living alone.Kano model and better worse coefficient analysis tools are used to sort out and deeply analyze its multiple requirements,calculate and summarize the functional requirements model,and design the relevant interaction module.Finally,the interactive system design is based on Baid-UNIT(Understanding and Interaction Technology).The personality and image,interactive interface and product shape design of the virtual voice assistant of the intelligent product accompanied by the elderly living alone are completed,and the better human-computer interaction between the elderly users and the product is realized.In this paper,the multi-modal interaction mode is adopted in the design of the accompanying intelligent products for the elderly,which takes into account the more emotional factors of the elderly,so that the elderly care more actively,and let the elderly better enjoy the convenience brought by scientific and technological products.
