With the advent of the information age and the Internet of things,our lives have changed dramatically.As a typical representative of intelligent household appliances,intelligent refrigerators are gradually affecting the way we eat and live.Through the Internet of things,FRID,large data and other related high-tech,Users use information to communicate with Food ingredients,diet health,fridge condition and so on.At present,these messages only convey content to users from the perspective of communication,and have not yet taken into account users' deep information needs and experience points.Therefore,it is particularly important to deeply excavate the information needs of users and design them based on experience.In this paper,intelligent refrigerator is used as the research object,aiming at providing multidimensional life information services for family users.First,based on the development,current situation and characteristics of domestic intelligent refrigerator,the change of household intelligent refrigerator from technical attribute to service property is obtained,and the development trend of future household intelligent refrigerator is clearly defined.The typical case of household intelligent refrigerator is investigated and the information design is analyzed.The problems of poor information management standard,lack of information service depth and lack of information interaction experience are analyzed in the process of information interaction design.Secondly,the theoretical research on user experience and information interaction is carried out,concluded that the level of user experience,factors and influencing factors of information interaction quality in the process of man-machine information interaction.Through the method of questionnaire survey and user interview,users' characteristics and information demand data are obtained.Based on the above theory,the information interaction design model of household intelligent refrigerator is constructed based on the user experience,and the design elements and characteristics of the four experience aspects of aesthetic,usability,interaction and emotion are analyzed.Once again,with the help of the Internet of things framework,the household intelligence refrigerator Information interactive platform for domestic intelligent refrigerator will be established,the information transfer of the user and the refrigerator can be divided into four levels: the perception layer,the network layer,the information layer and the interaction layer.The platform integrates the food diet,the user's habit,the support organization and other related information resources,and mainly realizes the food information,the diet life,the user health,the refrigerator health,the food information,the network application,the hardware management.Equal service module.From the angle of information input and output,the information resource allocation problem of the platform is explained,and the information service carrier is implemented on the home intelligent refrigerator and the user's smart phone to realizethe good communication and feedback of information.Finally,according to the service module of the platform,the functions of food management,diet management,user health,refrigerator health and system setting,construct the information architecture of smart home refrigerator interaction platform,the key interaction process is analyzed,and the prototype design and visual design of the interface are carried out.By setting up the experiment task,we can test the information setting of the prototype design,the rationality of hierarchy,the identification and jump,and the convenience of handover,and provide four evaluation factors of information content,function setting,interaction logic and interface aesthetics.The user satisfaction is evaluated by the Lee Kate scale,and the end of the total user satisfaction average is4.588,which proves that the design of the scheme has a good usability and user experience.
