With the rapid development of China’s economy,energy has become an important factor restricting the further development of China’s economy.In order to promote the development of the national economy and society,improve energy efficiency,and further adjust and optimize the energy structure,it has become the key strategy of China’s energy direction.The government’s “de-capacity” work has been ranked first in the five major tasks of China’s economic work for two consecutive years.Coal resources,as the largest energy consumption,have always been the focus of energy.“Coal to electricity” as a major measure to deal with energy and environmental problems caused by coal resource consumption has entered our field of vision.The main research content of this paper is the application of coal-to-electric air source heat pump unit in office buildings.At present,air source heat pump units are widely used as heat sources in rural household coal-to-electricity.However,there are few applications for some large office buildings in remote suburban counties.Based on this paper,DeST simulation software developed by Tsinghua University is used to simulate a certain The office building load is selected according to the simulated load characteristics.The air source heat pump unit is equipped with three end forms to transform the interior of the building.After the completion of the transformation,a series of data measurements are taken to operate the entire system during heating.The situation is analyzed to analyze the feasibility of the air source heat pump unit applied to the transformation of office building coal to electricity.Finally,the measured results show that the temperature in the room can be kept above the design temperature,the unit can maintain a high COP operation,and the indoor personnel can have better comfort.Based on the feasibility study,this paper also uses Airpak simulation software to simulate the internal temperature distribution of the building during heating,and analyzes the performance of several different ends in the case of air source heat pump as the heat source.Combined with the PMV-PPD indicator calculated by software simulation,the different thermal comfort feelings generated by people in different interiors are evaluated.The results show that people’s warmth in the room with floor radiant heating is significantly stronger than the fan coil and radiator as the end of the room,because the floor radiant heating can bring a uniform indoor temperature,and can bring people "foot The comfort of the warm head is cool,so the floor radiant heating as the air source heat pump unit is the best choice for the office building coal to electricity.Fan coil and radiator heating have their own advantages and disadvantages.The fan coil starts and stops quickly,the indoor temperature rises quickly and the temperature is also fast,which is suitable for frequent entry and exit of personnel,and the space for people to flow is large,while the radiator is suitable for people.In the room,the temperature rises and falls slowly,and the thermal comfort is second to the floor heating and stronger than the fan coil.
