With the implementation of the national One Belt One Road policy and the overall layout of the 13th Five-Year Plan,the intelligent development of ports and the safe operation of scientific inventory have become important factors for competition among ports.Tugboats serve as safety hubs for maritime traffic in ports,providing towing and escort services for ships entering and leaving the port.Tugboat towing and escorting various types of ships that are tens of times larger than themselves.Only if the tugboat can ensure that its equipment can work safely at any time,can it ensure that the towing and escort ships are safe and reliable.This is the safety of the tugboat equipment.Validity raises special requirements.TJ tugboat serves the fast-developing port A.According to statistics,the TJ tugboat's mainframe running time is more than 10 hours per day,with long running time and large workload.Therefore,the tugboat malfunctions and damages during long-term high-speed operation There will be randomness,and the maintenance of equipment is basically performed by engineers in operation.In order to ensure the safe and effective production,a certain number of tugs' spare parts safety stocks are necessary.The spare parts inventory should not be too large or too small.According to the inventory characteristics of TJ company's tug spare parts,this article divides tug spare parts into two categories:mandatory replacement and even replacement.Among them,even replacement is based on the impact of shortage of spare parts,procurement difficulty,replaceability,unit price and storage.The five dimensions of cost are divided into three categories:A,B,and C.Spare parts with high storage costs are classified as Class A spares,spare parts with low storage costs are classified as Class C spares,and the rest are classified as Class B spare parts.Based on this,a multi-period random periodic ordering model for type A even replacement parts are calculated,and the optimal order cycle and the best safety stock are calculated.A multi-period random quantitative ordering model for type B and C even replacement parts is calculated.The best safety and economic stocks.Finally,this article also puts forward related suggestions for the improvement measures of TJ's spare parts inventory management,including the establishment of a statistical database of tug spare parts,intelligent sharing and management of spare parts inventory,bar coded information management of spare parts,formulation of a scientific inventory management system and system,Inventory management personnel training.The study established a multi-cycle stochastic periodic ordering model for type A even replacement,a multi-cycle stochastic quantitative ordering model for type B even replacement and a multi-cycle stochastic quantitative ordering model for type C even replacement.This method not only sets the safety stock to guarantee the availability of the tug spare parts,but also saves the spare parts inventory funds for TJ Company.Inventory management optimization research can not only improve the existing problems of TJ's tug spare parts inventory management,but also provide feasibility guidance for tug companies in other ports.
