In recent years,with the declining globalization of fossil energy and people’s increasing demands for environmental protection,new energy vehicles are increasingly favored by people and society.The development of the charging pile industry is the basic guarantee for the development of new energy vehicles and electric vehicles.Since 2014,China has begun to fully open up market access for the construction of new energy vehicle-related infrastructure,and vigorously promote the construction of social capital investment charging piles.In the process of daily construction and operation of charging piles,in order to ensure quick response when charging piles fail and improve customer satisfaction,charging pile operation and maintenance companies need to set a reasonable level of spare parts inventory and develop a set of effective charging Pile spare parts management strategy.State Grid J Province Company,as the main charging pile management enterprise in the J region,is responsible for the construction and operation management of charging piles in the five prefecture-level cities in the region.In the past few years,the company has invested in the construction of a large number of charging piles in the cities it manages.However,as the charging piles have been insured,the State Grid J Provincial Company is facing new challenges in charging pile maintenance management.The failure of the spare parts of the charging pile is a random probability event,and it is difficult for the company to determine the purchase quantity and inventory level.For the management of spare parts for charging piles involving different suppliers,how to develop a management system that combines procurement,inventory,and distribution is particularly important for the State Grid J Province company.In view of this,this article aims to summarize the problems that exist in the procurement,inventory and distribution of spare parts repair management of charging piles,explore and consider enterprises to formulate a network inventory configuration strategy for spare parts,and provide spare parts for charging piles for the State Grid J province company.The direction of management strategy formulation and actual operation.In this paper,the spare parts of charging piles are taken as the main body of research.First,the existing theories and literature are summarized and combed.Secondly,it summarizes the current situation and problems in the maintenance management of spare parts and spare parts for charging piles of the State Grid J Provincial Company.Then,in the above theoretical and practical background,combined with the method of forecasting the demand for spare parts and the theory of inventory management,a strategy for the stock allocation of spare parts for charging piles was proposed.On the basis of the classic newsboy model,the vertical management of centralized procurement and storage in the provincial central warehouse and the responsive management mechanism of decentralized procurement and storage in the regional and municipal depots are considered as the management variables of decision variables to model,and the spare parts for charging piles are constructed The network inventory configuration model makes the model design more reasonable and practical.Finally,the example of the management of spare parts and spare parts for the charging piles of the State Grid J Province Company was enumerated,and the network inventory configuration model of spare parts was solved.The CPLEX software was programmed to solve the problem.The combination of vertical management and responsive management mechanism was obtained.The network inventory configuration strategy of spare parts under the model,and put forward the strategy proposal of continuously carrying out the optimization management of spare parts inventory by bringing the updated iterative new data into the existing model and recalculating.In summary,this paper studies the network inventory configuration of spare parts for charging piles of State Grid J Provincial Company.The research proves that the management method of network inventory configuration can be used to achieve better results for the maintenance of spare parts for charging piles,which reduces the management cost of spare parts for charging piles and improves their management efficiency.Through the above research,it not only solved the problems that troubled the maintenance management of the State Grid J Provincial Company’s charging pile after the warranty,but also enriched the research on the management of spare parts and spare parts.
