Nanjing Audit University Mochou Campus Administration Building Renovation Design And Research On Coworking Space

Coworking space is an emerging work mode.With the continuous development of the world economy,the continuous upgrading of industry,the continuous innovation of Internet,lifestyles and working methods have undergone tremendous changes.The rapid popularization of information technology has greatly improved the efficiency of information acquisition and communication.Workers have more free choices in working methods and spaces.Traditional office models and spaces are in urgent need of transformation.Innovative and flexible coworking spaces have emerged.Driven by the concept of “sharing economy + innovation and entrepreneurship”,innovative and entrepreneurial teams,self-media workers,freelance workers,small groups,makers are gradually emerging.And the corresponding coworking space is expanding rapidly in domestic first and second tier cities.This thesis is based on the relevant practical projects of “Nanjing audit university mochou campus renovation first phase”,and takes coworking space as the research object.I hope to analyze the design strategies and methods of coworking space design through research in order to provide some reference for future coworking space design.The thesis is divided into three parts.The first chapter is the introduction.It is the first part of this article.It introduces the research background and research status of coworking space,and proposes the research purpose and significance,research methods and framework of coworking space for the foundation of in-depth research on coworking space.The second and third chapters are the second part of the thesis.Firstly,I study the domestic and foreign related cases.And the plan layout,space organization,office space,communication space,shared space and modular space of the case are analyzed to build awareness of coworking space.Through in-depth research of these six aspects,I summarize the operability design strategies and methods,and provide guidance for the design of coworking space.The fourth and fifth chapters are about the design content of the “Nanjing Audit University Mochou Campus Renovation Project”,which is the third part of the article.According to the principles of theory and practice,based on the relevant conclusions of the previous research,combined with the “Nanjing audit university mochou campus administration building renovation design”,the design strategies and methods summarized in the previous thesis are applied to the project,and its operability is verified in practice.Finally,I summarize the design research and actual project practice of the coworking space,and analyze the shortcomings in the design practice process,in order to carry out more in-depth research in the future to improve.The whole thesis contains about 28000 words,138 pictures and charts.
