| With the proposal of the concept of "city for all" in 2016,the sharing economy ushered in the development opportunity,driving the office space across to the 3.0 era;In 2020,New Coronavirus was so infectious that people kept indoors and changed the way people live and work.With the acceleration of urban construction process,the building stock space reaches the upper limit.Under the promotion of urban renewal wave,the optimization and transformation of existing building space structure is in full swing;The state’s strong support for innovation and entrepreneurship makes the demand for shared office space surge.In this era,with the support of the government,the development of real estate and the active participation of the public,promoting the "shared office space" into the process of existing building reconstruction can effectively integrate resources,reduce energy waste,reduce capital investment and implement national policies.This paper takes the existing building transformation strategy research as the core,takes the shared office space characteristics as the guidance,and takes different types of existing building transformation as the research object,which is divided into three parts: the first part is the theoretical tracing,to find out the research blank;The second part combs the characteristics of the shared office space and different types of existing buildings,studies and analyzes the transformation of the existing buildings as the shared office space,and summarizes the transformation strategies;The third part is the application of actual cases.The first part(Chapters 1 and 2): the origin and foundation of the research.The first chapter combines the background of urban renewal,government policy support,the development of sharing concept and the lack of domestic and foreign research,determines the basis and significance of the topic,and puts forward the research methods and framework.In the second chapter,through literature reading and visual analysis,the research status and hot spots of domestic existing building transformation,office building transformation and shared space are further clarified,and the research trend is analyzed.The second part(Chapter 3,4): shared office space,existing building type characteristics summary and transformation strategy.The third chapter combs the main characteristics of shared office space,summarizes its evolution process,and puts forward the existing building transformation mode according to its characteristics;According to the research hotspots in the second chapter,this paper summarizes the main types of existing building transformation in China,and analyzes their characteristics.The fourth chapter summarizes the specific transformation strategies of different types of existing buildings based on the excellent actual transformation cases at home and abroad.The third part(Chapter 5): application analysis of actual cases.This paper makes a simple analysis of the actual project of Yuelu District Science and technology innovation port quality improvement project,and applies the theory to practice;Based on the people-oriented design concept,through questionnaire survey and on-site interview,this paper summarizes and analyzes the user satisfaction and evaluation after the transformation of Kechuang port,and puts forward optimization suggestions;Finally,it puts forward some suggestions to improve the sharing and participation of the park. |
