Architectural Design Of Express Service Center In Nanjing University Xianlin Campus

Along with the popularization of the Internet,online shopping has gradually become the main way of people's daily consumption,and the amount of express delivery has increased rapidly.As the main groups of online shopping,every college student receives 78 packages on average in 2019,nearly twice the national average,which puts forward higher requirements for campus express service.Therefore,there is no doubt that the improvement of campus express network is on the agenda of universities nowadays.Nanjing University,as a national key university,is also facing the problem of upgrading the campus express service.The existing express stations in Xianlin campus are difficult to meet the existing needs,so it is urgent to build a new express service center.As a new type of building,the express service center has few examples to refer.Under the background of lack of relevant reference,standards and specifications,how to meet the basic needs at the same time to complete the design and construction of high quality is the focus and difficulty of the design.Using box module as the construction method of express center is conducive to solve the above problem.Because box module as a mature industrial product is efficient and flexible.Based on the investigation and analysis of the existing express delivery centers in colleges and universities,this paper summarizes the basic design principles of the campus express center,and combines theoretical research of box modular building,including case analyses,the study of spatial form research and construction research.This work would provide experience and reference for the subsequent project practice.By the means of the design practice of the express service center in Xianlin campus of Nanjing University,this paper systematically introduces the research of box modular express center from three aspects: project overview,per-design analysis and construction node design.This paper is divided into two parts,first part is the design research report,second part is the design results.The first part includes five chapters.The first chapter introduces design background,research methods and research framework of the project;the second chapter is about case study and analysis of campus express platform in colleges and universities;the third chapter is the basic research of box modular building,including case study,space form research,etc.;the fourth chapter is about box modular building construction research,focusing on collection of construction node;the fifth chapter is the box modular express center design practice,mainly about the project design and later deepening design.The next part is mainly about the display of the design results,including analysis diagram,plan drawings,elevation drawings,section drawings,rendering pictures and construction node sample.The whole thesis contains about 22000 words,101 pictures and charts.
