Research On The Construction Of H Group Financial Shared Service Center

In the context of China’s in-depth promotion of the "Belt and Road" initiative,major shipping groups have launched overseas layout and merger and reorganization strategic arrangements,business development and transformation of the financial work put forward higher requirements.At the same time,because the shipping industry has not yet come out of the cycle of the industry,the competition between enterprises intensified,profit margins continue to compress,shipping groups must improve their core competitiveness through business and financial coordination.The complex business structure and the pursuit of sustainable profit have put forward new requirements for the financial management of shipping enterprises.In this paper,H Shipping Group is selected as a specific research object,through the domestic and foreign related financial sharing service center to build a model of the finishing and learning,combined with the financial sharing center service related concepts and advantages,reference process reengineering theory,internal control theory,economies of scale and other related theoretical basis,Through the description of H Shipping Group profile and financial management status quo,it is found that its main financial management problems include redundancy of financial organization structure,insufficient utilization of financial information,insufficient prevention of financial risks and the need to improve the quality of personnel.Through the analysis of the problem,this paper makes a research on the financial sharing service center of H Shipping Group.First,the overall planning and design objectives are elaborated,followed by preliminary preparations,including structure,site selection and personnel allocation,and then the entire information platform design,including the overall process design and business process reengineering.Finally,the expected effect of the construction of the financial sharing center is expected,and the safeguard measures of the construction are put forward.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,the financial management of H Shipping Group can be optimized,and it will also provide reference value for the construction of financial sharing center of other shipping groups.
