With the wide application of network technology,intelligent products have changed our way of life.With the popularity of e-commerce,online shopping and logistics services are also constantly upgraded in this era,but in the logistics management,the recycling of express packaging and the harmless treatment of packaging materials have not been well realized.The original use and simple handling of express package have led to the waste of a lot of resources and environmental pollution.In view of these problems,if only simply put forward some suggestions and methods,but not related to the actual application,is unable to solve the fundamental problems.Therefore,under the background of more and more extensive application scope of service design,how to use service design to establish a sharing system of express package,so as to solve the problem of recycling of shared express package has become the core of this research topic.First of all,through a large number of literature and a survey of shared express package design,this paper analyzes the current situation of the use of shared express package and the process of service design on the market.In order to solve the problems of the sharing fedex packing utilization rate is not high,in this paper,the Shared express packaging and design,promotion design is practical,the recycling process of recycle express packaging was analyzed,and found that the deficiency of traditional recovery mode,thus put forward the "assembly in the accessory express ark" intelligence sharing the express package design,And put forward a set of service design process matching with the shared express package design.After improving the service design process,in order to verify the effectiveness of the improved mode,this paper will verify the improved mode by means of practical application development.Secondly,through field survey and other methods,this paper conducted a survey of users’ attitudes towards express goods logistics packaging and problems they encountered in life and work,and analyzed the results of the survey to determine the research direction.After determining the direction,this paper then conducts in-depth interviews with typical users to dig deeper needs of users from the interview process.In order to avoid the subjective selection of requirements,this paper applies the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to the development and research process of circulation system.Through the quantification of demand,rational guidance of design and development,so that the design is more consistent with user needs.Thirdly,according to the quantified demand results,carry out the work of the design output stage.The output stage is implemented according to the concrete steps of the improved model.At the same time,service design tools such as service blueprint,business flow chart,business architecture diagram and story board are used to concretize the design concept and improvement process.Finally,to verify the feasibility of the above work content.The author will conduct a feasibility test according to the circulation system proposed by the improved model.In order to ensure the integrity and comprehensiveness of the test results,this paper divides the test into two parts: one is the test and analysis of the main process operation efficiency;The other part is the quantitative evaluation and analysis of user experience.The feasibility was evaluated from the perspectives of efficiency and user experience..
