| China is the country with the largest emissions in the world.The rapid economic development makes the contradiction between supply and demand increasingly prominent.Energy consumption also brings serious environmental pollution.The carbon emission of the construction industry accounts for 27.9% ~ 34.3% of the total carbon emission in China,which is closely related to economic-social development and energy consumption.The differences in the geographical location and economic development of each province leads to the differences in the development level and energy efficiency in the construction industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to accurately measure the energy efficiency,deeply explore its spatial characteristics and influencing factors,find out the reasons for the differences,reasonably plan the energy conservation and emission reduction objectives,comprehensively improve the energy efficiency and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry in each province.First of all,the research status and related basic theories of energy efficiency measurement methods and influencing factors are summarized.Secondly,based on the analysis of the China’s construction industry development,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of the energy efficiency under the environmental constraints;uses the traditional data envelopment model(DEA),cross DEA and game cross DEA model to calculate and compare the energy efficiency of the provincial construction industry in China from 2005 to 2016.Then,based on the calculation results by the game-cross DEA model,this paper explores the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of energy efficiency in China from four aspects: time trend,spatial distribution,spatial difference and agglomeration.Finally,six influencing factors of energy efficiency of construction industry are selected,and through various hypothesis statistical tests,a spatial dynamic Doberman model(SDM)with fixed time and random space is finally constructed to analyze the spillover effect and the significance of the influencing factors of energy efficiency of construction industry in China.The results show that the game-cross DEA model fully considers the competition between provinces,and the calculated energy efficiency is more reasonable,which provides a new way to accurately measure energy efficiency in the future.Moreover,from the perspective of temporal and spatial distribution,the energy efficiency of China’s construction industry has been improved,but there are obvious differences,showing a trend of "high in the South and low in the north,high in the East and low in the west";in addition,there is a positive correlation between the energy efficiency of China’s construction industry in all provinces,with a significant increase in spatial agglomeration,and there are “high high” agglomeration areas distributed in the southeast coast and the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and in the northwest "Low low" concentration areas in the southwest and the middle reaches of the Yellow River.Finally,from the perspective of the spatial effect of the factors affecting the energy efficiency of the construction industry,the energy consumption structure and the degree of marketization have a positive spillover effect,while the industrial structure has a negative spillover effect.From the estimation coefficient of the spatial Doberman model,the optimization of the energy consumption structure of the construction industry can not only improve the energy efficiency of the construction industry in the province,but also significantly improve the surrounding areas.The industrial structure of the construction industry has a significant negative impact on the energy efficiency of the construction industry in and around the province.The promotion of marketization has little effect on the energy efficiency of the construction industry in the region,but it can significantly improve the energy efficiency of the construction industry in the surrounding provinces.Based on the above research results,from the perspective of the coordinated development of the national construction industry,this paper puts forward the overall energy efficiency improvement plan of the construction industry and the energy efficiency improvement path of the construction industry in each province. |
