Gansu Province is an important province of new energy power generation,and the installed capacity of new energy accounts for more than 40% of the total installed capacity.However,due to the weak infrastruc ture of Gansu Province,the stability of long-distance transmission system is poor,and its own absorption capacity is weak,resulting in serious wind and light abandonment problems.Gansu Province has launched a solution to promote electric power consumpt ion and improve environmental pollution with electric vehicles.At present,the main problem of electric power grid connection is that the electric load will have a certain impact on the time and space of electric power grid.Based on this,this thesis focuses on the impact of electric vehicles connected to the power system,and the orderly charging control strategy of electric vehicles based on time-sharing charging price(1)Firstly,according to the charging and discharging characteristics of electric vehicles,the charging and discharging power,charging and discharging modes and battery characteristics of electric vehicles are analyzed,and the main types of electric vehicles are summarized.The load model of electric vehicle disorderly charging power system is established,and the charging and discharging behavior model of electric vehicle are established based on Monte Carlo method.Based on the data statistics of charging behavior law of electric vehicle,the disordered charging load of electric vehicle is simulated.The simulation results show that disordered charging of electric vehicle will lead to further local peak and peak value of local distribution network in power system.At the same time,the load fluctuation is more severe,which verifies the impact of disorderly charging load on the grid.(2)Considering the two dimensions of grid side guiding electric vehicles to cut peak load and valley load and customers' active demand to reduce charging cost,an orderly charging model of electric vehicl es is established to actively guide the charging behavior of electric vehicles,aiming to maximize the common interests between the grid and users;an improved firefly algorithm is proposed to solve the optimal model.By adding adaptive mutation operator t o update the individual of traditional FA algorithm,the problem that traditional FA algorithm is easy to fall into local optimum is effectively avoided.The simulation results show that the proposed orderly charging method can effectively suppress the pow er grid load fluctuation and achieve the purpose of peak load shifting and valley filling.(3)In order to further stimulate the participation of electric vehicle users in the orderly charging strategy,the time of use price is optimized from the division of peak and valley periods of power system load and the formulation of electricity price.According to the load characteristics of local distribution network,K-means algorithm is used to reclassify peak and valley periods.According to the electricity price elasticity matrix,the dynamic response model of electric vehicle is approximately simulated,and then the optimized peak valley price is obtained by solving the optimization model with IFA algorithm.The simulation results show that the proposed model can effectively suppress the load fluctuation of distribution network,promote the response of electric vehicles to orderly charging strategy,and reduce the charging cost of users'electric vehicles.
