For electric energy metering device applications online monitoring is for electric energy metering device for intelligent power grid enterprise one of the important means of information management,online monitoring system as a necessary and effective tool,USES advanced automatic online monitoring technology of watt-hour meter internal power can bring great convenience for measurement data with the continuous development of China’s economic and social,electricity measurement as an effective means to guarantee fairness in electric power production and settlement,to guarantee the electric power department benefit plays an important role In recent years,the number of substations in China has increased gradually,and the capacity of substations has also increased accordingly.Whether the stations can accurately measure each pass is a difficult problem for the metrology staff.At present,the detection methods of metering devices can’t find faults in real time,and the workers have potential safety hazards.By consulting the literature,this paper first learns the basic principles of the online monitoring system of electric energy metering devices,and then designs the hardware and software components of the system.On-line monitoring of five groups of metering devices is realized by designing logical block diagram,realizing dialogue through assembly language,and designing field wiring conforming to regulations.The problems encountered in the traditional measurement and detection are preliminarily solved,and the real-time monitoring of the data of each measurement point is gradually realized,which saves a lot of manpower and material resources and ensures the personal safety of the measurement workers.
