Online Monitoring And State Evaluation System Of Electric Energy Meter

Power metering is the legal basis for the power industry in the electricity trade and settlement of electricity bills.As a professional instrument for measuring electric energy,the technical management of electric energy meter is very important.The current widespread use of on-site inspection according to the cycle,not only has low efficiency,high labor intensity,but also cannot be achieved on the power meter in real-time monitoring,fault warning and timely report,which has been unable to meet the management needs of the electric energy meter technology.In view of the above problems,this paper introduces the design process of the online monitoring and status evaluation system of the electric energy meter,the purpose is to realize on-line monitoring,on-line error test and state evaluation of power meter.According to the result of state score,the test strategy is put forward,so as to improve the technical management level of power meter.The main research work in this paper is:(1)This paper analyzes the background and significance of the research,studies the current development of related technologies at home and abroad,and puts forward some research questions such as online monitoring,real-time measurement and state evaluation.(2)Aiming at the drawbacks of the electric energy meter onsite inspection,analysis of the electric energy meter online monitoring and condition evaluation system functional requirements and technical requirements,including the field monitoring equipment,background management center and state evaluation of the three parts of the functional analysis,and the demand analysis of real-time measurement technology of electric energy information,on-line measurement technology of electric energy meter error and power meter state evaluation technology(3)In order to realize the operation of the electric energy meter online monitoring problems,put forward the scheme of electric meter online monitoring and condition evaluation system,including field monitoring equipment,communication network,state evaluation module and background management center four parts.The real-time measurement of electric energy information and the on line measurement technology of energy meter errors are studied.(4)According to the problem of how to realize the state evaluation of the electric energy meter,the design scheme of the state evaluation module is put forward,which architecture design from technical and physical aspects.The state quantity which can reflect the running state of the electric energy meter is selected,and the state scoring method and the state evaluation process are put forward.(5)The function of online monitoring and state evaluation system of electric energy meter is expounded,and the operation condition of the system is evaluated.The running result reaches the design requirement.
