| With the rapid development of our economy and the modernization of our society,the continuous advancement of the urbanization process,and the introduction of national energy policies such as "replacing coal with electricity","substituting electricity for oil","electricity from afar" and other national energy policies,China’s social production,The demand for power energy in daily life continues to grow rapidly.With the increase in electricity consumption,the number of transmission lines and substations in the power network has increased significantly,and the voltage level has increased.The range of power supply and the capacity of transmission and distribution are increasing continuously.With the increase of the number and capacity of substations,can the electric energy metering device be able to provide accurate metering of the quantity of electricity in each substation,This puts forward the huge test to the electric power metering staff.At present,The most basic and most commonly used method to ensure the accuracy of electric energy metering devices is still carried by metrology professionals to carry instruments and equipment to the site to check the accuracy of relevant metering devices.There are quite a lot of drawbacks.First of all,The distribution of substations is relatively scattered,the distance is long,the realization needs to consume a lot of manpower and material resources;moreover,in the work,professionals are required to enter the site and carry out live work,which is more dangerous;and the period of manual verification is relatively long.The faults or over-difference problems in the electric energy metering devices between periodic detection can not be detected and dealt with in time.With the development of the power industry,the disadvantages exposed by this traditional management method are becoming more and more obvious.It can not meet the needs of electric energy metering.In this paper,by referring to relevant documents,we put forward an innovative remote checking and monitoring method for electric energy metering device.By using this method,the traditional manual field calibration method is completely changed,and the remote remote inspection of electric energy metering device is realized completely.To a certain extent,the on-line monitoring of the working condition of the electric energy metering device is realized,which effectively solves the heavy workload,the heavy task,the long verification cycle and the long fault handling cycle of the manual cycle verification.In order to realize the automatic management of the electric energy metering device,the problems of fault or over-difference in the electric energy metering device between periodic detection can not be found and dealt with in time. |
