With the rapid development of the construction industry,the traditional two-dimensional CAD design can not meet the current design,construction and other needs.Building mechanical and electrical systems include electrical,HVAC and other system combinations.In traditional design,designers of various professions lack good and effective communication,let alone coordination and cooperation.If collisions occur in the construction of pipelines of different professions,large-scale demolition and rework will occur,and even lead to the revision of the whole scheme,which will not only waste materials,but also greatly delay the construction period.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction and application of BIM Technology in mechanical and electrical engineering at home and abroad,and then introduces the engineering quality control theory and BIM theoretical knowledge.Secondly,taking the project of China Arts and Crafts Master Museum of Nanchang Institute of technology as the research object,this paper applies BIM Technology to mechanical and electrical engineering modeling design and in-depth design,and introduces the use of the Revit visualization function for collision detection,collision detection,and information processing Thirdly,BIM Technology is applied to the construction quality control of China Arts and Crafts Master museum project of Nanchang Institute of technology,which reflects the advantages of BIM Technology,such as simulation,coordination,optimization and visualization.Finally,the engineering effect of BIM Technology is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.This paper establishes BIM electromechanical model of building electromechanical system by BIM technology,integrates and visualizes two-dimensional drawings of pipeline equipment,conducts pipeline collision inspection,reduces the avoidable loss and probability of rework in the construction stage,and makes it more convenient to make technical submission,so as to achievethe goal of comprehensive optimization of pipeline layout,saving construction cost and reasonable allocation of resources.
