In recent years,with the implementation of the concept of low-carbon economy and sustainable development,construction industrialization has gradually become a new hotspot in the development of the construction industry.Compared with traditional cast-in-situ buildings,prefabricated constructions have less wet working surface,higher mechanization degree,less manpower and faster construction speed,which can well meet the requirements of "Four-section one environmental".However,in the implementation of prefabricated construction projects,quality problems often occur,which seriously affects the implementation and development of building industrialization.Therefore,through the whole process investigation of the prefabricated construction project,auther analyses the existing quality problems in each period of the project,and puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures.Firstly,the research status of prefabricated construction at this stage is reviewed.Based on the fine management theory and BIM technology application,the construction process of prefabricated construction is divided into three periods: deepening design,component production and site construction.By collecting the existing quality problems and analyzing the construction principles of quality refinement management process in each period,a preliminary refinement management framework is established.Then,aiming at deepening the design period,the personnel organization structure and responsibility in deepening the design work are analyzed.On the basis of deepening the design management and control process at this period,the framework of deepening the design audit mechanism is established,the focus of quality refinement management in the audit process is analyzed,and the feedback mechanism of the audit work is put forward.Secondly,aiming at the component production period,the quality problems of prefabricated component production in this period is summarized and analyed,six key factors affecting the quality of prefabricated component production are identified,and the improvement measures are put forward separately based on Lean Six Sigma theory and DMAIC II model.Finally,aiming at the site construction and installation period,combing the work content and process of the installation period,the quality problems are analyzed in detail,and the measures of fine quality management are put forward in the area of personnel management and material management.This paper puts forward the measures of fine management according to the characteristics of each period,and establishes the framework of fine management of prefabricated construction quality.On the one hand,it helps to improve the level of quality and safety of prefabricated construction,on the other hand,it provides some reference for all participants in prefabricated construction to carry out quality management.
