Study On Quality Control Of Precast Concrete Structure Prefabricated

For the prefabricated building,prefabricated component is an important part of the building,determines the overall quality and safety of construction.As a prefabricated integrated components,it is not only to satisfy the safety and durability requirements,more important in deepening the design stage to consider the architecture,structure,electrical and other professional needs,at the same time to meet the post production,storage,transportation,installation,post cast joints in various stages of the construction requirements.Therefore,the QFD(Quality Function Deployment)technology into the quality control of prefabricated components,to meet the research needs of the various stages of the prefabricated professional,deepening design quality control and quality control of the production process,for prefabricated quality from the coincidence type to improve the quality of satisfactory quality has important significance.By the method of literature investigation,expert interview and on-the-spot investigation,a comprehensive system to collect from the assembly structure design,component production,installation and construction units and other aspects of the quality demand of prefabricated components,and hierarchical analysis of the quality requirements by using KJ method,established the assembly type precast concrete structure quality requirements of knowledge base,extract 15 technical characteristics is closely related with the quality requirements of prefabricated components.Using the method of fuzzy clustering,clustering analysis of 15 technical characteristics of prefabricated components,establish the evaluation index system,and in 15 the technical characteristics of the important basis,calculate the weight of evaluation index,establish a precast deepening design quality fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,comprehensive evaluation of the deepening of the design quality of a building group the construction of experimental building industrialization project,the credibility of the evaluation result is better,to verify the applicability of the evaluation model.Using the waterfall development model the house of quality,the precast sandwich wall board for example,established parts deployment QFD and process planning house of quality,get the importance sequence component characteristics precast sandwich wall panel and the 15 key steps of the process,quality the control plan of key process,to achieve effective control of the production process of the component.The results of this study can be used as a basis to the quality control of the deepening design and the production process of the prefabricated components,the research method of this paper provides a new method for the quality control of prefabricated components.
