For the Construction Organization of small-scale Hydraulic Engineering for inspection,the technical process and management measures are not in line with the actual project and have no guidance.The construction organization design can ensure the completion of the construction task,the safety management can be safety first,prevention first,and also can save the construction cost.Xigou water supply project in Diantou town of Huangling County is a new small(2)type water supply project to solve the domestic water consumption of the residents in and around the town of Diantou,Shuanglong,Chongqing,and the production water consumption of Huangling County mining group and Shaanxi Huangling County Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd..The project is to build a new water intake hub in the upper reaches of Xigou Kou,a tributary of the Ju River,to direct water to the water works,and a new water intake hub on the Su Luo Wan Ju River in Shuanglong town to direct surface water to the water works as a supplement,with a daily water supply capacity of 15,000 M3,the designed annual water supply is 5.475 million M3.The principle of the two water sources utilization is to give priority to the surface water of Xigou,and to supplement the water from the juhe river.The project is divided into two construction bid sections,of which the main construction content of bid I project is: DN600 water supply pipeline 27.88 km and along the valve well construction;Two low dam water intake buildings,DN500 water pipeline 10.88 km,one water plant with daily purification capacity of 15,000 M3.This paper mainly designs the construction organization design of item I of Xigou Water Supply project in Diantou town,Huangling County,refer to the project design drawings and other documents designed the construction organization design paper,the paper has the following main features:(1)the research methods used in this paper are: Experience summary Method,for small hydraulic engineering construction process is relatively simple,drawing directly from the past construction technology,focusing on construction organization management;descriptive research method,this paper will have the existing system and procedures through their own understanding and verification,to be described and explained,it is the implementation of the construction process standards,qualitative analysis method,mainly to study the object to remove the false to retain the truth,to extract the essence of rough,in the "quality" of the analysis,reveal the internal law.(2)this paper points out the specific management process and measures from the three control and three management aspects,clarifies the duties and responsibilities of each post in each department,clarifies the work process,and points out the construction technology and technical requirements in the construction,in order to ensure the orderly,efficient,scientific and reasonable construction after the start of the project,so that construction management and construction technology organic integration,to avoid relying on previous construction experience for small-scale project management,lack of planning,management chaos.(3)in the aspect of resource allocation,the daily construction intensity of the project construction content is worked out according to the construction technology adopted in the bidding list and the construction organization design,and in combination with the hydraulic engineering construction quota of Shaanxi Province,for the following preparation of the construction schedule laid a foundation.(4)construction progress control of the project is divided into four working faces at the same time construction,using flow of operations to link up the various processes,according to the resource allocation plan developed Gantt Chart,for the later construction progress control.
