How to detect product performance faster and more accurately is the key to ensure the integrity of the equipment.At present,there are a lot of manual tests in equipment testing methods,that is,manual measurement,recording and processing of the equipment.Such methods require a lot of manpower,which is not only costly but also inefficient,and can have major consequences due to human error.In order to promote the good and fast delivery of equipment,an automated integrated test system is urgently needed.The thesis firstly outlines the application requirements and development background of a certain type of electronic flight indicator integrated detection system,introduces the basic concepts of virtual instrument,a series of virtual instrument software development technologies at home and abroad,dynamic link library technology,PCI Bus Technology,Active X technology.According to the requirements of the automatic test system in the repair process of a certain type of electronic flight indicator,combined with the advanced nature,reliability and practicability of software design,through in-depth understanding of the working principle,interface characteristics and parameter types of the tested products,after Comparing with Labview,a software design scheme based on Lab Windows/CVI is proposed.After comprehensively analyzing the various display parameters of the electronic flight indicator such as airspeed,altitude,heading angle,tilt angle,and pitch angle,the software design of each functional module of the detection system is emphasized.It includes : RS422 communication ? ARINC429 communication are completed by communication interface technology,and related data is transmitted;data acquisition technology is used to complete the control of related fault simulation and related data collection;using DEE dynamic data exchange technology to realize dynamic link and data between software and Excel program Read and data write functions,and complete report generation.The integrated detection system adopts a virtual instrument architecture,which consists of a power unit,a data acquisition card,and an industrial control computer.The software platform is developed based on Lab Windows/CVI,and can form a stand-alone application installation package,and can be completely separated fromLab Windows/CVI software development.The environment runs independently,and finally completes various functions such as data communication,data acquisition,display,storage and processing.By optimizing the design,the software has a good human-machine interface and better expandability.In the later stage,the function of the electronic flight indicator of the derivative model will be expanded according to the user's requirements,so as to meet the testing requirements of more models of electronic flight indicators.Finally,the design of the integrated detection system is verified by performance test of the electronic flight indicator,finally,it is verified that the design function of the integrated detection system meets the application requirements...
