| With the development of the intelligent technology and the robot technology,the maintenance of power equipment has been gradually developed from traditional manual investigation and "four remote" monitoring methods to intelligent patrol inspection.The application of intelligent robots can flexibly patrol every corner and important equipment of the substation.By mounting the double-sided camera and the infrared sensor on the robot,the working condition and instrument value of substation equipment can be acquired stably and quickly.The field situation can be transmitted to the background monitoring system for data analysis and processing by using the wireless network technology.The good visual effect can be provided for the client-side users in a graphical way.The operator of the background system can timely and accurately control the robot’s field work in the station according to data and images fed back from the site.This project is based on the field data acquisition of the substation by robot,and the background monitoring system is developed to realize display,control,storage and monitoring,so as to achieve the purpose of intelligent monitoring.The system is based on SSM architecture,B/S mode,SQL Server 2016 database,and has the front-end client monitoring platform developed by JSP Web.The communication network interface based on Windows 10 is divided into three sections.Firstly,data acquisition and sending instruction are realized through wireless link between the robot and the background monitoring platform.Secondly,the background monitoring platform communicates with district-level and municipal level network by the TCP/IP communication protocol and it is finally linked with provincial private network through optical network under the security monitoring firewall.By background processing of the monitoring system at the data acquisition points of each station,and a set of data acquisition and monitoring system based on patrol inspection robot of the substation is formed together with the client side and the superior network.In this paper,firstly,the development of the current inspection technology of the substation is analyzed,and the disadvantages of the traditional inspection method or the general remote monitoring mode are found out,and patrol inspection of substationequipment and instruments with robot is proposed replacing manual inspection or fixed camera.Secondly,by integrating the wireless network technology and the artificial intelligence technology,the robot combines the electronic map and task management requirements to independently plan the inspection path,and adjust the patrol inspection time of each device according to the characteristics of equipment and instruments,and analyze the collected data,to provide basis for setting maintenance scheme of specific equipment.Thirdly,through the analysis of system requirements,the selection requirements of software & hardware and database are proposed.On this basis,the overall system design,function detailed design,system interface and network security design are completed.Finally,by implementing the project,the patrol inspection mode of substation equipment is changed,a novel data processing method is provided for the background monitoring system and another management mode is created for maintenance and management of substation equipment,thus the maintenance management level of the substation is improved. |
