The power industry occupies a pivotal position in the national economy.With the rapid development of China's economy,the power industry plays a more and more important role in supporting other industries in social development.Chinese joined WTO,with the continuous economic development China open,national Power Grid Corp proposed the establishment of five systems of efficient management,construction of large-scale operation system including five big system of centralized management to establish levels of substation equipment operation.As a useful supplement for substation intelligent robot intelligent substation equipment,must be incorporated into the operating system for the realization of category,scheduling,operation inspection business integrated operation service,so theconstruction of electrical equipment inspection centralized monitoring system is essential and necessary,is to meet the requirements of large-scale operation system construction.At present in the national Power Grid Corp has extended nearly 1000 substation intelligent robots,robot applications in the substation site has a certain size,on the basis of field investigation of substation intelligent robot monitoring applications demand and combing the relevant business process and combined with the centralized management of[1],analysis,design and implementation of intelligent substation inspection robot centralized monitoring system.First of all,clear centralized monitoring system construction goal and to solve practical problems,functional and non functional requirements[2]analysis system,and use case diagram,flow chart of key modules of the system in detail,and lists the performance index of the system to be reached in the form of a table.Then,according to the system requirements,make clear the design goals and principles of the system.On this basis,the system architecture design is divided into system technology architecture and functional architecture,the two parts are designed separately.The technical architecture design includes system architecture,security architecture,data architecture and logic structure,the data structure is the key link of the system,is based on different robot data access and centralized management.Functional architecture design is to describe the functional components of the system,and to describe the flow of each functional module in the form of functional flow chart.Secondly,it mainly describes the detailed design from three aspects of systemmodeling,database design and data access design.In the system modeling,we defined the location of centralized monitoring and control system in the whole system and the relationship with the surrounding system,the system as a whole is divided into the presentation layer,logic layer,data access layer,layer four layer structure,and gives the system structure diagram.The report of the real-time data logging data and historical data synchronization module is designed in detail,and the ER form of a clear relationship between the main entities and main entity attributes,and designs the communication model of centralized control system and the station system in the data communication process and describes the process of establishing a communication connection.Thirdly,the implementation of each module is briefly introduced,and the hardware configuration method and specific implementation description are given for the video module with large network bandwidth overhead in the whole system.In order to better reflect the value of centralized monitoring system and thecoordination between the upper and lower systems of centralized monitoring system,a detailed description is given of the realization process of the special patrol module of substation equipment.In order to effectively solve the problem of large amount of data in the system,the strategy of large data cluster is adopted to solve the problem,and the construction scheme of large data cluster is described in detail.At the same time,the system test is simply analyzed,and the professional test scheme is developed from video,communication and other aspects according to the characteristics of the centralized monitoring system.Finally,the development prospect of field centralized monitoring system in substation inspection robot application are introduced and the system are discussed,suggestions for further improvement of some shortcomings in the actual application process of the proposed system.To sum up,we design and implement a centralized monitoring system that meets the requirements of centralized management of national Power Grid Corp intelligent robots.
