With the continuous expansion of domestic power system scale,the pressure of power supply enterprises' network operation and inspection management business also increases.The operation and inspection management business of power grid includes transmission network operation and inspection,transformer network operation and inspection,distribution network operation and inspection,etc.Under the background of the development of network management informationization,the network operation and inspection,business has gradually adopted the way of computer software for automatic maintenance and management.It plays an important role in supporting the quality improvement of power grid operation and inspection management of power supply enterprises,which usually includes transmission network,substation network,distribution network and other management subsystems.This paper takes the transformer network management subsystem in the operation and inspection management platform of the power supply company as the research object.According to the current information technology model and scheme of the company's transformer network operation and inspection management,Web development technology,GIS technology and data visualization technology are selected in the detailed design and implementation of the system functions.The subsystem provides powerful information technology and tool support for the operation and inspection management of the company's transformer network,and promotes the improvement of the operation and inspection level of the company's transformer network.In the research work,the development trends and trends in the field of power grid operation and inspection informatization at home and abroad are analyzed,and the basic technologies of substation management subsystem research and development are sorted out and analyzed,such as data visualization technology,GIS technology,cross-platform data interaction technology,Web development technology and so on.Then,the detailed demand analysis is carried out for the substation management subsystem,including analysis of the company's substation network operation and inspection business,existing problems and the overall development goal of the system,etc.At the same time,the functional use cases of the system are designed and analyzed,the functional development objectives of the system are proposed,and thecross-platform data interaction and performance requirements of the system are analyzed.Thirdly,in accordance with the development objectives and tasks of the subsystem,the system is designed and implemented for its functions,including the detailed design of the functional mode,network structure and internal functional structure of the overall scheme,the logic and model design of the background database,and the scheme design and development implementation of cross-platform data interaction functions.At the same time,the class structure design and functional logic realization process of each functional module in the subsystem of substation management are studied in detail,and the functional scheme of the system is coded.Finally,through the functional deployment and trial operation of the substation management subsystem in a simulated environment,the functional performance and performance of the system are tested and analyzed quantitatively.The test results of the system are discussed,and the operation of the system is evaluated and analyzed.The substation management subsystem is an important functional component of the company's power grid operation and inspection management platform.It can provide remote operation and digital business management tools for the on-duty personnel of the operation and inspection center,and effectively improve the implementation level of the operation and inspection management of the transformer network of the company.
