The power load is hitting new highs as the national economy develops rapidly,leading to a more acute shortage of power supply.The implementation of the national "carbon peak,carbon neutral" major strategy has been accelerated.The process of energy "decarbonization" and the development of new energy have entered the "fast lane".The pivotal role of the power grid in the energy transformation is more critical.The power grid project must be built ahead of the social electricity demand.The construction of power grids at all levels must be accelerated to ensure that the power can be delivered,delivered and used.China’s power grid project must comprehensively improve the management level of the power grid project,actively promote the construction of the power grid project,and ensure that the power grid project is put into operation as soon as possible with low cost,safety,high quality.Based on the summary and review of lean management theories and research achievements at home and abroad,this thesis selects J Power Supply Company as a research case to investigate and analyze the problems existing in the lean management of J Power Supply Company’s power grid project,and provides optimization measures for the lean management of J Power Supply Company’s power grid project using lean management theory,PDCA cycle,ECS analysis method and other lean management methods and tools,At the same time,guarantee measures are proposed to ensure the effective implementation of the lean management plan.According to the research,firstly,there are two main problems in the lean management of power grid project of J Power Supply Company,which are that the lean review and formalities are not implemented in the early stage,the engineering design quality cannot meet the lean management requirements,the project construction stage is difficult to achieve the lean management objectives,the information management platform cannot effectively support the lean management,and the summary and evaluation work cannot continuously promote the lean improvement;Secondly,using the lean management theory and BIM,digitalization,intelligence and other technologies,put forward corresponding optimization measures for the main problems of the lean management of power grid projects,and put forward the main measures to improve the lean management by deeply integrating the two preliminary work,comprehensively applying three-dimensional design technology,actively applying new technologies and new concepts,building a lean information management platform,applying PDCA and operation standardization;Third,in order to ensure the implementation of the lean management plan,the establishment of a lean leading group,the promotion of lean special activities,the creation of a lean management atmosphere,the cultivation of lean management talents,and the establishment of a long-term mechanism for lean management are taken as safeguards.The innovation of this thesis is to optimize the lean management of power grid engineering of J Power Supply Company based on the lean management theory,combined with BIM,digitalization,intelligence and other technologies,in order to achieve a significant improvement in the level of lean management of power grid engineering,and provide a new idea for prefecture-level power supply companies to optimize the lean management of power grid engineering,which has important reference value.
