As the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic continues to escalate in 2019,the medical resource gap continues to expand,especially the demand for medical equipment in the intensive care unit will continue to increase with the increase in the number of severe and critically ill patients.In addition,due to the high pollution rate of the ground in the intensive care unit,the soles of medical personnel entering and leaving the epidemic area will undoubtedly become "spreaders",causing pollution in other areas.This epidemic has the characteristics of the fastest spread,the widest infection range,and the most difficult prevention and control.It must be strictly required in prevention and control.How to ensure the effective killing of viruses and provide work support for medical personnel have also become the focus of prevention and control difficulty.In addition,China’s medical disinfection products are still in the development stage,and are rarely integrated into the medical field based on customer needs.Therefore,this article uses the integration of quality function deployment(QFD)and design of experiments(DOE)as a theoretical support to systematically provide medical care The user needs of personnel are translated into relevant engineering characteristics,improving customer satisfaction,determining the relationship between the two and providing effective decision-making solutions for innovative design of medical disinfection products.First,use QFD to determine customer requirements,through user interviews,field observations,etc.,to investigate and analyze the current indoor environment,people,and pathogens of the new intensive care unit,find the corresponding disinfection products and technologies,and obtain medical staff user requirements,technical requirements and other related The data is sorted and sorted using the affinity chart(KJ)method,and experts determine customer requirements and corresponding engineering characteristics.After that,orthogonal test design was performed,and the P value was analyzed using analysis of variance(ANOVA)to determine the degree of influence of engineering characteristics on customer requirements,and the factors that had a significant effect on response variables were obtained to determine the relationship between customer requirements and engineering characteristics connection relation.Finally,the decision-making plan for significant engineering characteristics,transform the attributes of the obtained medical disinfection products into corresponding key technologies,locate and analyze the products around the product disinfection technology and product design,and finally obtain the optimal solution of medical disinfection products that meet the customer requirements.In this study,the QFD and DOE integrated model is applied in the field of medical disinfection.User research defines problems and new product development is carried out,so that designers can determine the engineering characteristics of products according to customer requirements and draw a quantitative relationship between thetwo.According to the data results,the product’s scheme design is developed to obtain medical disinfection products.The research uses fewer evaluation indicators,obtains reasonable results,improves the reliability of medical disinfection products,increases customer satisfaction,and improves market competitiveness.It also provides a reference for the development and design of similar medical disinfection products.
