| Since the end of November 2018,in order to further reduce the burden of social medical expenses,the state began to implement centralized procurement and consumables cost control policies,so as to reduce the terminal price of medical products and improve the happiness level of the people.Especially since October 2020,in order to reduce the terminal price of medical device products,solve the problem of people "expensive",promote the efficient use of industry resources,the national level of medical equipment centralized procurement policy accelerated implementation,part of the medical device products,the original performance expectations fell sharply,this requires our medical device enterprises must further optimize resources,improve efficiency.In the face of the homogeneous competition of middle and low-end products and the lack of competitiveness of high-end products,to accelerate product innovation and improve the substitution level of localization is the only way for the development of China’s medical device enterprises.ZK company is a medical device company with a history of 20 years in southwest China.With its superior products at the beginning of entrepreneurship,ZK company has gradually established its position in the top three in the market segment.For a long time,the enterprise has a single product,new product breakthrough in research and development.In order to better adapt to the regulation of national centralized collection policy,the enterprise must optimize internal resources and accelerate the development of new products.Although in recent years,enterprises have repeatedly tried to create new growth curves for enterprises through new product development.However,restricted by the old and imperfect new product research and development process,the new product research and development of enterprises faces problems such as too long research and development cycle and high research and development costs,which lead to the low market acceptance of new products,and it is difficult to support the innovation and development of enterprises.Therefore,thesis has great practical value in optimizing the research process of new product development.Based on literature research,the current situation and process of new products.On this basis,using the integrated product development(IPD)management theory,combined with the product concept,planning,development,verification and release,to optimize the research and development process of ZK based on the five stages of product concept,and the relevant laws and regulations of the medical device industry.And further established the evaluation tool of the product research and development process,using multi-angle evaluation indicators to analyze the project data,to achieve the continuous optimization of the research and development process.Finally,make a risk analysis of the activities of new product research and development process optimization: although there are many successful cases of IPD at home and abroad,the management is not copied correctly in theory,and only the management thinking is flexibly applied.In the process optimization under the IPD mode,enterprises should be based on their own current situation,and use the six core ideas of IPD,to find the enterprise’s own development plan. |
