Water is one of the most important resources on earth,and human life and development are inseparable from water resources.The problem of water shortage in China has always been obvious,and the distribution of water resources in China is extremely uneven.In many regions,the management of water resources is chaotic,and the management efficiency and economic efficiency are low,which will cause waste of water resources.With the rapid development of computer network technology and Internet of Things technology,information technology is becoming more and more popular.Therefore,in order to better realize the standardized and intelligent management of water resources,we need to monitor real-time use of regional water resources.Traditional remote water meters usually upload statistics of water flow once every few days or even weeks.For users with large water consumption,the function of real-time viewing of water flow data cannot be realized.At the same time,the traditional wireless remote transmission technology has problems such as power consumption,packet loss rate,security,and signals being easily shielded.In response to the above problems existing in traditional water meters,this article adopts the way of combining NB-Io T(narrowband Internet of Things technology)and One NET Io T cloud platform,and builds a monitoring system based on One NET platform to realize the management and data The monitoring function provides users with more accurate and efficient water management.The system designed this time mainly includes three subsystems: water meter terminal,One NET cloud platform and water meter monitoring system.The hardware circuit design of the water meter mainly includes the selection and design of the microcontroller,wireless transmission module,water flow sensor,battery and motor drive chip.And use C language to program its software part,realize its data acquisition timing upload and valve control function.Constructed a data transmission program based on the LWM2 M protocol to transmit data to the One NET Io T cloud platform.The LWM2 M protocol not only has the characteristics of low power consumption and low cost,but also saves network resources under the condition that a large number of Io T terminals frequently send data.The One NET cloud platform is mainly used as a bridge between the device and the background monitoring system.It provides API and data push functions to realize the management of the device and data by the monitoring platform,shortening the development cycle and reducing the difficulty of system maintenance.The water meter monitoring platform adopts B / S structure,the back-end development is based on the Spring Boot framework,the front-end is based on the Layui framework,and the database storage uses the My SQL database.Get the water flow data through HTTP push for storage and visual display,and realize the interaction with the One NET platform through the API provided by the One NET platform.Calling through the API interface can control and query the terminal device in the monitoring system.The entire system realizes the integrated functions of equipment control,data collection and reporting,monitoring,storage,and visualization,which meets the user’s needs for equipment and data management and control to help users master the water consumption rules in the region,and further improve water resources utilization and management.Service Level.Finally,through joint testing of the system hardware and software,the terminal device and the cloud platform monitoring platform can communicate normally.The monitoring platform can accurately monitor the data of the remote water meter,and the status of the electric valve can be controlled by sending commands to the water meter through the monitoring platform.,The whole system is running well and meeting the design requirements.
