China is a big country in the production and consumption of household appliances.According to the relevant data,the total amount of discarded household appliances in China by the end of 2020 is 138 million,which indicates that China has entered the peak period of household appliances scrapping.Waste electrical appliances have the dual characteristics of high value and serious harm.If the recycling method is not scientific,it will lead to a large number of toxic substances polluting the environment;if a reasonable green harmless treatment can be carried out,it will promote the recycling of resources.There is a strong uncertainty in the reverse recycling of waste household appliances in China,which makes it difficult to implement the reverse logistics of waste household appliances.In addition,the reverse logistics of home appliance industry in China started late,and the reverse recycling technology,advanced equipment and relevant professionals are relatively lacking.At present,there are a series of problems in the reverse recycling of waste electrical appliances in China,such as the weak consciousness of consumers,the confusion of recycling market,the unclear subject of recycling,the low degree of specialization of recycling enterprises,and the serious environmental damage.Therefore,it is urgent to scientifically and reasonably plan the reverse logistics network system of waste household appliances and guide the standardized and green development of the reverse logistics of waste household appliances.In this paper,waste electrical appliances as the research object,in view of the current problems in the implementation of waste electrical appliances reverse logistics,firstly,the paper constructs a green environmental protection type waste electrical appliances reverse logistics network including waste disposal center,and then designs the green degree evaluation model of waste electrical appliances reverse logistics,which provides new ideas for the green development of waste electrical appliances reverse logistics in China.This paper first defines the related theoretical concepts of reverse logistics,green logistics and reverse logistics network,then focuses on the reverse logistics of waste household appliances,summarizes the definition and connotation of the reverse logistics of waste household appliances in China,puts forward three kinds of reverselogistics operation modes of waste household appliances,and makes a qualitative comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the three modes and the suitable types of enterprises.By referring to the relevant information and combining with the actual situation,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of the reverse logistics of China's waste electrical appliances,focusing on the analysis of the reverse recycling channels of waste electrical appliances,the driving factors of reverse logistics and the existing obstacles.Secondly,under the guidance of relevant theoretical knowledge,a single category,single cycle and multi-level static independent reverse logistics network of used household appliances is constructed.Carbon emission is embedded into the model as an environmental negative effect index,and the carbon emission is transformed from the previous qualitative analysis to quantitative calculation.A mixed integer programming model based on the minimization of carbon emission cost and operation cost is constructed,Finally,the genetic algorithm of location decision and flow distribution is designed to solve the model.In addition,based on the connotation of green logistics,a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of green degree of reverse logistics of waste household appliances is designed.The model designed in this paper has certain generality,and it is also suitable for other reverse logistics of the same type of waste products.Through the research on the green degree of the reverse logistics of the waste electrical appliances,it is concluded that the green treatment,green remanufacturing and green recycling have a relatively large impact on the green degree of the reverse logistics of the waste electrical appliances at present in China.Therefore,it is suggested that enterprises should pay special attention to the environmental impact of the recycling,treatment and remanufacturing of the waste electrical appliances in the process of implementing the reverse logistics of the waste electrical appliances,so as to make the reverse logistics The development is more in line with the development needs of green logistics.
