With the transformation of China’s economic structure,the country has vigorously advocated green economy and circular economy,and the problems such as resource waste and environmental pollution have received increasing attention.Reverse logistics is one of the important factors to solve these problems.Therefore,people pay more and more attention to reverse logistics.As the key to the operation of reverse logistics and the link between upstream and downstream of reverse logistics,reverse logistics processing center should be highly valued.Efficient operation of reverse logistics processing center can improve the turnover rate of countercurrent,reduce operation cost and improve enterprise profit.The efficient operation of reverse logistics processing center needs reasonable internal layout planning.At present,most of the reverse logistics processing centers in China have the problem of imperfect layout planning,and the layout of functional areas is scattered and disorderly.Excessive handling costs;Low utilization of storage area;Low operation efficiency and other problems need to be solved urgently.In this paper,the layout optimization of reverse logistics processing center is studied by taking S company as an example.Based on the company S reverse logistics processing center as the research object,first of all,on the basis of reference to existing research results,combined with the company S reverse logistics processing center present situation analysis,found that the operation of the reverse logistics process is imperfect,irrational function division,problems such as unreasonable layout,and has carried on the further analysis to these problems;Secondly,on the basis of clarifying the functional positioning of S company’s reverse logistics processing center,this paper aims at its existing problems and carries out operation flow optimization design based on SLP layout design method,functional area division optimization design and functional area location optimization design,and obtains three alternative layout optimization schemes.Again,the application of Flexsim simulation software simulation modeling scheme of three alternative layout,operating model and the simulation data sorting,analysis,and by using the weighted grey correlation evaluation method to evaluate the results of simulation analysis,finally it is concluded that the optimal layout scheme,and the company S reverse logistics processing center,compared to the current running status basic to reduce the forklift,staff distance,improve efficiency,reduce cost;Finally,safeguard measures are proposed for the layout optimization of S company’s reverse logistics processing center,so as to effectively improve the existing problems of S company’s reverse logistics processing center,effectively improve the operation efficiency,improve the utilization rate of functional areas,reduce the waste of human and material resources,and increase corporate profits.This study will provide reference for other reverse logistics processing center layout research.
