In the context of the rapid development of the automobile industry,in the face of the increasing number of end-of-life vehicles,enterprises have also shown their demand for the recycling and reprocessing of end-of-life vehicles.At the same time,the state has also formulated a series of policies on the recycling of end-of-life vehicles,making Disposal of end-of-life cars in a timely manner can not only obtain re-creation of value,but also reduce the waste of resources and environmental pollution.However,many manufacturers blindly carry out reverse logistics activities without reasonable planning,so that there will be a large number of scrapped cars flowing into informal recycling channels and dismantling enterprises,and some informal enterprises ignore the recycling process in order to obtain profits.Environmental protection issues will also undermine the formal recycling procedures.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the scrapped reverse logistics model and network construction from the perspective of the manufacturer.This article first elaborates the relevant theoretical basis of reverse logistics,as well as the various elements of reverse logistics related to scrapped automobiles;secondly,it focuses on the main body of different scrapped automobile recycling and processing,and the corresponding reverse logistics models include self-operated,joint venture and outsourcing.The three models are qualitatively analyzed and compared,and their respective advantages and disadvantages are summarized;then profit maximization models under different models are established,and the decision-making of reverse logistics models can be made through analysis and comparison;then the focus is on the network construction under the self-operated model to reverse The logistics network operation cost is minimized as the goal,the mixed integer method is used to establish a multi-level scrapped automobile reverse logistics network model,and the genetic algorithm is used to obtain the final specific plan when solving.Finally,take the recycling and remanufacturing of scrapped automobiles of C Automobile Company as the empirical research object,and realize the construction of the scrapped automobile reverse logistics network in its main sales areas,and use the provincial capital cities of its main sales areas as the logistics network nodes through genetic algorithm.Solve,determine the site selection plan of each node of the company’s scrapped automobile reverse logistics network,analyze the results of the site selection and logistics distribution of each node,and verify the rationality of the model and the correctness of the algorithm solution.
