Planning Of Agricultural Industrial Park Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Based on the background of rural revitalization policy and the overall requirements of rural revitalization,coupled with the realization of rural revitalization,it is inseparable from the planning of modern agricultural industrial parks.The lack of scientific planning and design in many agricultural parks has resulted in ambiguous positioning,and the corresponding functions of modern agricultural parks are not strong.Therefore,reasonable planning is conducive to improving industrial production capacity and production efficiency in the industrial park,and increasing the ability to resist market risks,so as to achieve industrial revitalization.In this paper,based on the principles of sustainable development,ecological priority,function over form,people-oriented,agriculture-oriented,overall planning,step-by-step implementation,combined with examples to study specific planning and design options,from industrial landscape,corridor landscape and rural settlement landscape,Line and area,the agricultural park will be built into a comprehensive park integrating production,processing,education,tourism and other multi-functions,to achieve the unity and sustainable development of ecological,economic and social benefits,and ultimately to promote rural development through industrial revitalization Revitalize.This article is based on the research of relevant scholars,summarizes the planning design parameters and methods,and selects three representative related cases to further reveal the planning ideas of modern agricultural industrial parks.Determine the landscape evaluation factors of agricultural industrial parks through field surveys and expert questionnaires,establish an evaluation index system,determine the weight of each index based on expert scores,analyze the evaluation results,and finally plan and design the planning area based on the evaluation results and case analysis inspiration.The specific research is as follows:1)Sort out the relevant research and literature of experts in relevant fields at home and abroad in the agricultural industrial park,extract the documents that are helpful to the research content of this article,and summarize the technical parameters and methods of planning and design.2)By investigating the cases of three modern agricultural industrial parks in Chengmai Agricultural Demonstration Zone,Yangjiatuo Modern Ecological Agricultural Park and Yangling National Agricultural High-tech Industrial Demonstration Zone,the case enlightens:(1)Adapt to local conditions: protect the original pattern of the plan.(2)Ecological priority: Give priority to the construction of ecological environment.(3)Industry cluster: to form an efficient industry linkage.3)Through field survey and literature review combined with the second land survey data,the landscape evaluation indicators of the agricultural industrial park were screened out,and finally the comprehensive evaluation system including the second-level evaluation indicators,the third-level evaluation indicators and the evaluation factor layer was determined.The second-level evaluation The layer includes 2 indicators,the three-level evaluation layer includes 4 indicators,and the factor evaluation layer includes 21 indicators.Determine the index weights through expert scoring and AHP,and complete the consistency test.It is concluded that the weight of the natural attribute index is the highest in the second-level index layer,the highest in the agricultural production landscape in the third-level index,and the highest in the industrial landscape weight in the matrix of agricultural production landscape in the evaluation factor;the highest weight in the river water surface landscape in the agricultural ecological landscape matrix;Rural settlement landscape matrix has the highest weight in the rural settlement landscape matrix;agricultural sightseeing garden landscape and road landscape weights are relatively high in the agricultural service facility landscape matrix.4)According to the AHP evaluation results,combined with the analysis of the case and the reference opinions extracted from the planning of the case,through the analysis of the natural conditions and socio-economic conditions of the project area,the planning positioning and objectives are determined,and the "plaques,corridors" of the landscape ecology theory "Matrix" landscape element type,the planning area is formed into a "one ring,one belt,three plates,five areas,multiple attractions" landscape space planning,industrial landscape,corridor landscape and settlement landscape planning,and key landscape nodes,Planning and design of building an industrial park in an all-round way.5)After planning and designing the Yulongshan Modern Industrial Park,the benefit predictions for the planned Yulongshan Modern Agricultural Industrial Park are social benefits: The road density of the planned park has been greatly improved,which is conducive to industrial transportation The income of farmers has also increased,helping farmers to get rid of poverty and achieve a prosperous life;Ecological benefits: The planned rural ecological environment has been scientifically and reasonably improved,which helps to create an ecologically livable rural living environment and a good ecological environment;Economic benefits : After scientific planning,the leading industrial economy of the park will account for 93% of the park's economy,and industrial revitalization can be achieved.Through the benefit forecast,it can be obtained that the park can meet the overall requirements after planning,and promote the rural revitalization.
