Planning And Design Of Agricultural Park Based On Multi-scale Evaluation Of Rural Landscape Features

In the context of the development of the urban-rural dual system,the rural environment has been subject to the imbalance of resource allocation for a long time,which resulting in the fading of ecological landscape,the decline of regional characteristics and the backwardness of infrastructure.In2018,China began to actively implement the rural revitalization strategy,which has greatly improved the industrial development and environmental construction in rural areas,accelerated the prosperity of rural tourism and agricultural leisure industry,and laid a foundation for scientific construction,protection and improvement of rural landscape.Firstly,through the review of the landscape character assessment research around the world,this study introduces and summarizes the international practical experience,and grasps the research progress of rural landscape assessment in China.Compared to the traditional landscape quality evaluation,the landscape character assessment as a tool originated in British puts forward a more scientific and objective quantitative analysis method which focus on the landscape characteristics and combination of diversity.It also has obvious advantages in the recognition and differentiation of regional landscape characters and can be applied to a variety of scale from nation to site.Through the continuous exploration and practice by scholars at home and abroad,landscape character assessment has become a powerful tool for cognition and decision-making of rural landscape.Secondly,this paper interprets the relevant theories and cases of agricultural park,then summarized the key points of agricultural park planning and design.Based on the goal of rural landscape protection and improvement,this study analyzed the rural space in Horqin Right Front Banner from three level with the method of multi-scale landscape character assessment.Taking Paddy Agricultural Park in Horqin Right Front Banner as an example to build the rural landscape character assessment system,this study also put forward the rural landscape protection and promotion strategy according to the assessment results and explored the planning and design strategies and methods of agricultural parks on this basis.Under the background of rural revitalization,this paper takes the paddy agriculture park as the practice object to put forward the regional character identification method and optimization strategy for rural landscape.It also explored the landscape construction and activity organization method of agricultural park through the special planning of rural landscape improvement,recreation service and cultural tourism.It provided some reference for the development and construction of rural landscape and agricultural park in China.
