Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is widely used in electric vehicle drive motor because of its high power density and wide speed range.Because of the wide speed range and good starting performance,the vector control strategy is usually used in the control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM).Combined with the application environment of electric vehicle driving motor,it is of great significance to study the vector sensorless control.Firstly,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the control strategy of the electric vehicle drive motor and the application environment of the electric vehicle,and expounds the significance of the research on the sensorless control strategy of the motor drive motor.In this paper,the structure and principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)are studied.Space vector pulse width modulation.Secondly,vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),the mathematical model in the rotating coordinate system of the permanent magnet synchronous motor based on variable structure control,according to the principle and design of a double sliding structure vector sensorless control.Based on the MATLAB Simulink simulation environment,the model of double sliding mode structure is designed and simulated.The simulation results verify the feasibility of the proposed control strategy.Then,based on the intelligent power module PS21869 and the digital signal processor TMS320F2812,the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system experimental platform is designed.Based on the development environment of CCS3.3,the control program of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system is designed.Based on the technology of virtual instrument,the experiment software is designed for the control system.Finally,the control system experiment platform is used to control the permanent magnet synchronous motor.The experimental results are in accordance with the simulation results.
