| Power transformer,as one of the most important equipment in the operation of the power system,mainly completes the task of boosting and bucking,and realizes the long-distance transmission of electrical energy.For the entire power system,whether the power transformer runs safely and stably is related to the safety of the entire power system.In order to ensure that the power transformer can maintain safe and stable operation,it is necessary to monitor the parameter information of its operating state to prevent the transformer from suddenly failing to stop and cause damage.This paper presents a remote monitoring method and design scheme for power transformers.Through the use of programmable logic controller(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)and sensor technology to achieve the power transformer parameter acquisition and transmission functions,through the monitoring software platform to achieve remote monitoring of the power transformer.Firstly,a hardware detection platform is built,a communication connection is established,and then the required parameters of the power transformer collected by the sensor through the PLC are obtained.Secondly,the obtained data is transmitted through the wireless transmitter of the PLC expansion module,and transmitted to the host computer,touch screen and intelligent device through the wireless network,so that the user can remotely monitor the operating parameters of the transformer in time.In order to accurately grasp the operation information of the transformer,the detection of the electrical energy parameters of the transformer and the dissolved gas components in the oil reflect the internal fault conditions of the transformer;then the harmonics in the power system and the transient disturbance of the electrical energyare detected and the harmonics are analyzed The influence of wave and transient disturbance on the safe and stable operation of the transformer.Finally,by combining variational modal decomposition algorithm and wavelet transform algorithm,mathematical analysis is performed on the obtained data to reduce or eliminate the interference of external noise on the detection signal,and perform noise reduction processing to obtain more accurate parameters and achieve effective monitoring.Through testing the designed transformer remote monitoring system,including simulation and actual experimental analysis,and comparing it with other current schemes.The results show that the design scheme is correct,the denoising effect is obvious,the accuracy of the detection parameters is improved,and the remote monitoring is realized.The purpose has met the design requirements. |
