With the rapid development of the rail transit industry,the demand of intelligent operation of subway trains is becoming more and more urgent,especially the maintenance and management of complex electrical systems is very important.Nowadays,the management mode of subway train electrical equipment is lagging behind,and the maintenance procedure is more cumbersome.In order to improve the efficiency of electrical system management and realize the rapid maintenance of electrical equipment,it is urgent to develop a train electrical intelligent operation and maintenance system with new technology.In this paper,a subway electrical system is studied and the intelligent operation and maintenance technology of the subway train electrical system based on BIM is studied.First of all,this paper for the two-dimensional circuit diagram visualization effect is poor,according to the field investigation of vehicle equipment size and spatial location,the use of Autodesk Revit and other software to establish electrical equipment BIM parametric model,not only can integrate electrical equipment structural property information data,analog circuit logic and electrical equipment action,It also allows you to quickly retrieve and locate models based on internal rules and plug-ins.Secondly,in view of the incomplete and dispersed data of electrical equipment,this paper uses database technology to store data management,and realizes the interaction between databases by setting up data exchange interface,so as to manage the whole life cycle of equipment assets.In view of the low efficiency of electrical system maintenance,this paper maps the dynamic fault tree to the discrete time Bayesian network model,combines the expert fuzzy judgment and evidence theory to calculate the probability and reliability of each event fault model,achieves the rapid fault warning and diagnosis,and provides reference for the intelligent operation and maintenance maintenance decision of the electrical system.Finally,based on Visual Studio 2012,a BIM-based intelligent operation and maintenance management system for subway vehicle electrical equipment is designed to realize the functions of BIM model management,electrical simulation and intelligent maintenance,which is of great significance to the maintenance and maintenance of electrical equipment of subway trains.
