for a long time,resulting in poor visibility,which in turn brings great difficulties to the operation and maintenance of the pipe network.The underground pipe network interaction system is the ’ nerve ’ and ’ lifeline ’ of the city.How to implement the intelligent maintenance and management of the existing urban pipe network is one of the current research hotspots.The existing underground pipe network operation and maintenance management system is mainly based on planar graphical interaction and professional analysis,which is not intuitive enough compared to the three-dimensional model.Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology has the characteristics of three-dimensional visualization and information integration.This paper takes ’ intelligent operation and maintenance management of underground pipe network ’ as the research goal,and puts forward a BIM-based comprehensive operation and maintenance management platform of underground pipe network.The main research work is summarized as follows:The Integrated Management of Static Information and Dynamic Data of Underground Pipe Network.Specifically,the method of My SQL database storage is selected to extract BIM attribute information of underground pipe network,real-time sensing information and operation and maintenance information.Besides,the SQL statement is used to establish the relationship between the database tables to complete the dynamic connection of primary key information,so that the pipe network information in the platform can reflect the actual operating status in real time,thereby effectively solving the problems of tedious data query and scattered data storage in the past.The Operation Monitoring and Intelligent Warning of Underground Pipe Network.Specifically,in view of the operation scenario of underground pipeline network,the short-distance limitation of the wired network and the local area network has been broken.Adopting the 4G wireless communication network protocol,through the hardware operation process of sensor + acquisition instrument + DTU wireless transmission,the cloud transmission of monitoring data is completed.Furthermore,call the API to realize the collection and storage of sensor information,set the overrun threshold and alarm mode for the relevant data,and then it is in the form of a platform that intelligent monitoring and real-time warning of data such as pressure and flow in the pipeline are carried out,so that the operation and maintenance status of the pipeline network can be grasped in time.The Development of Operation and Maintenance Management Platform for Underground Pipeline Network.To be specific,through visiting and research,the functional requirements analysis and index classification of the platform have been completed.Afterwards,the technical route of BIM application in underground pipeline network operation and maintenance management under B/S structure is proposed.Simultaneously,the technical link is opened,and the system framework is established by the technical integration of BIM(visualization)+ Internet of Things(real-time monitoring)+ database(information management).Additionally,the BIMFACE lightweight engine is used to ’ slim down ’ the BIM model,so that the complex BIM model is displayed on the Web side.By calling Java Script API and server API,the function development of professional analysis and visual management of pipe network from the Web three-dimensional perspective is realized.At the same time,reorganize the inspection,maintenance and other work processes involving various types of personnel,and implement them through the platform to change the management disorder status of the operation and maintenance process,thereby satisfying the visualization,real-time,collaborative,traceability and other intelligent operation and maintenance management needs of the campus pipe network.What is more,The SSM framework is used as the operating framework to design the back-end system,and Java is used as the back-end language to develop the server.Finally,the application effect of this platform is compared with the traditional underground pipe network management system,reflecting the advantages of the combination of underground pipe network operation and maintenance and BIM technology.The proposed platform has the following innovations:(1)The visualization management system and professional analysis system of underground pipe network based on lightweight BIM model are developed.It makes the information management of underground pipe network more intuitive and perfect,and makes the fault query and maintenance location in the operation and maintenance of pipe network more convenient and faster.(2)Through opening up the hardware link for monitoring data transmission,the real-time view and intelligent early warning of monitoring data are realized by viewing charts and setting thresholds.Simultaneously,the problems of untimely accident discovery and slow response of personnel in pipeline management are eliminated.The monitoring data could call local storage in the cloud to make the monitoring information more secure.(3)The dynamic management system for static attribute information and dynamic sensing data of underground pipeline network is established,so that the pipeline network information can realize dynamic statistical query according to the number of inspections and monitoring conditions,thereby providing multi-angle operation and maintenance data analysis methods for platform users. |
