Study On Distribution Network Planning Of Jingkai District In Ji'an

Distribution network is a power network whose main task is to use electric energy and directly face to power users,and it is an important infrastructure for the economic and social development.On the one hand,reasonable distribution network can guarantee the safe operation of distribution network equipment,reduce the rate of fault and power loss caused by power failure.On the other hand,it can strongly support the automation distribution network and realize intelligent distribution.This paper studies the distribution network planning of jingkai district in Ji'an,analyzes the current situation of distribution network in jingkai district,forecasts power load through a variety of methods,studies the technical principles of distribution network planning,and formulates scientific and reasonable distribution network planning.And the main tasks are as follows:According to the power supply situation of jingkai district makes an investigation and analysis,masters the current status of 220 k V grid,110 k V grid and10 k V grid,and it is found that the current distribution network has some problems such as inadequate power supply capacity,low reliability of power grid structure,more tense corridor of the line and uneven load of each substation.According to statistics of jingkai district,there are large customer comprehensive prediction method,average growth rate method and space load forecasting method to be used to carry out load forecasting,and obtain load forecasting scheme;there are elasticity coefficient method,maximum load utilization hours method and average growth rate method to be used for power prediction,and power prediction scheme are obtained.It provides the basis for determining distribution network planning.According to the results of the power supply demand analysis,combined with the planning of distribution network in jingkai district of the goal and actual situation,the planning schemes of 220 k V grid,110 k V grid and 10 k V grid in jingkai district has been completed.The investment estimation and effectiveness analysis of the plan shows that the scheme adapt to the economic and social development plan of jingkai district,and the power supply safety and reliability are improved.The distribution network planning has important social significance and economic benefits for jingkai district at the current and in the next few years.
