Planning And Design Of Distribution Network Of Jinzhou Development Area

Distribution network is an important part of power system,and urban distribution network planning is an important part of urban planning.In the context of rapid economic development in China,the rationality of distribution network planning and design directly affects the contradiction between power supply and demand.Scientific and rational distribution network planning and design can guarantee the stable and reliable operation of the distribution network.Put forward the new requirements of power distribution network planning and design of in our country,this article according to the standard of Jinzhou zone power grid network structure optimization and design,efforts will become efficient development zone distribution network construction,intelligent,reliable,and the green grid system.Firstly,in this paper,an in-depth investigation and analysis about the present situation of Jinzhou zone distribution network,the development zone distribution network according to standard planning is divided into three categories,B,C,D for different categories set specific planning goals.This paper makes a deep analysis of the power grid structure,power grid equipment and operation index of the 66 kV power grid and 10 kV power grid respectively,and summarizes the main problems of the distribution network operation in the development zone.The main direction and target of the planning and design and network optimization of the distribution network are clarified.Then,the load forecasting model is based on the trend extrapolation method.Exponential smoothing method is analyzed in this paper.Although the load growth is stochastic and uncertain,the trend of load growth has certain regularity.By comprehensively analyzing the load growth law of different industries,the trend extrapolation method is used to obtain accurate forecast data of the distribution network of the development zone,including the prediction of social power and load forecasting.Lastly,in this paper,the planning and optimization of the distribution network planning and optimization of the development zone are researched and formulated,and the goals and priorities of the planning are clearly defined,and the planning of the power grid planning of 66 kV and the power distribution network of 10 kV is respectively.According to the planning technology principle of different voltage grade distribution network,the necessity and feasibility of engineering construction are analyzed,and a scientific and reasonable planning scheme is made.The rationality of the planning scheme is verified through electrical calculation.
