The aero engine is a large-scale system with intensive technology,complex internal structure,and high reliability,which puts high demands on engine maintenance.In the maintenance process,there are clear regulations on maintenance environment control,maintenance process original records,periodic monitoring,etc.,in order to effectively monitor and control environmental data during the aero engine maintenance process,and to more easily and quickly grasp the maintenance progress,quickly and accurately Record maintenance process data.This article takes the automatic collection of aero engine maintenance process data as the research topic,focusing on three parts: maintenance temperature and humidity detection records,key component maintenance progress collection and product operation process measurement data automatic collection.In accordance with the maintenance process standards and management requirements of the factory,an aero engine maintenance process data automatic collection system was designed and implemented.The system is divided into maintenance site temperature and humidity automatic collection,detection and recording,maintenance process data collection,and Kanban and product operation process measurement data automation Wait for the three main parts.The automatic temperature and humidity collection detection and recording direction of the maintenance site mainly apply the automatic temperature and humidity collection technology,automatic temperature and humidity detection and data collection for places with environmental parameter requirements,timely alarms and generation of environmental parameter quality records during the maintenance process;Data collection and Kanban are mainly by adding unique correspondences with key components during the process of generating the maintenance badge,and recording the repair progress by scanning the barcode of the badge during the maintenance process.At the same time,the scanning of the badge can be used for material requisition and fault reporting,Based on management requirements,build production boards of different dimensions to make the progress of production maintenance transparent;product operation process measurement data collection automation,mainly replace traditional pointer mechanical measuring tools with data transmission functions,and Transform the measurement equipment to realize online collection of measurement data,design an embedded control terminal for wireless measurement equipment,support a single control terminal to connect to multiple wireless measuring tools,and transfer the obtained data to the maintenance data management platform database through a standard interface.Through the product repair online measurement data management platform,the online measurement and the maintenance work card can be connected,which facilitates the filling of the work card,reduces human errors,and also provides a data basis for subsequent maintenance data analysis.After the implementation of the subject,the front-line operations have been simplified to a certain extent,human errors have been reduced,and the goal of strengthening on-site maintenance management,improving maintenance management accuracy,optimizing management processes,saving management costs,and improving management efficiency through informational means has been achieved.
