The state strongly supports the construction of sponge cities and has mentioned in many meetings that the concept of sponge cities should be taken as the guideline to solve the problem of urban water security.Park is one of the important carriers of sponge city construction.The traditional grey infrastructure only pays attention to rapid drainage and ignores the protection of natural hydrological features,which can no longer meet the needs of contemporary urban development and construction.In foreign advanced storm water management concept,the combination of green infrastructure and gray infrastructure dominated by landscape ecology is an inevitable trend.Under this background,the city park as an important urban public space of urban water system building,based on the domestic and foreign related patterns in the field of flood control and management measures in the rain of finishing,research and summarize,generalize the park landscape design process into the rain flood management system design method,and then hope to promote the construction and development of huizhou city sponge with the purpose of practical significance.In this paper,by asking questions,research study,analyze and solve problems in four parts,through the cause of the problems of water resources of the growing cities in our country are analyzed and related at home and abroad,summarized the rain flood management system model of summarization,from the city park,park landscape,the rain flood management concepts parsing and the landscape design,landscape ecology,sustainable development theory for the corresponding research.I studied the landscape elements and design concepts of urban parks and made a detailed analysis of excellent cases at home and abroad.The problems existing in urban parks under current stormwater management are put forward and the corresponding design principles and strategies are put forward.Finally to huiyang peninsula park as an example,through analysis of present situation of base huiyang peninsula park use function,and lack of landscape features beautiful sex and stormwater management system due to a lack of scientific and reasonable planning management problems,put forward in terms of function and landscape features,to system integration,the original space rich characteristic landscape node;In terms of stormwater management and ecological diversity,the sponge system of parks should be constructed first,and the sustainable habitat design should be combined in the construction process.Finally,this strategy is applied to the landscape planning and design practice of Huiyang Peninsula Park,and further demonstrates the feasibility of integrating the stormwater management system into the urban park.Through the construction of the park stormwater management system and the optimization design of road paving,water,plants and other elements,the city park can be naturally permeated and self-absorbed.At the same time,it also provides some guidance for the construction of sponge city in huizhou.
