The new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic broke out in a large area nationwide in December 2019.Within three months,the number of infections in the country reached as many as 80,000 people,and the highest peak of suspected cases and close contacts who needed medical isolation was reached.As many as hundreds of thousands of people,this situation has led to an imbalance of supply and demand in places used for personnel isolation.In response to this unexpected situation,the central government and local governments began to requisition hotels in large areas for close contact and isolation of suspected cases.Therefore,how to carry out disinfection of hotel rooms is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.This article first analyzes the environment of the isolated hotel rooms,and understands the hard conditions that the isolated hotels need to have and the operation management and operation process of the rooms.After a comprehensive analysis of the disinfection products used in guest rooms at this stage,it was found that there are still certain problems with the disinfection products currently used in the market.In order to solve the existing problems and design products that better meet the needs of users and the market,this paper incorporates the AHP method and the entropy weight method into TOPSIS's decision-making system,and builds a combination of subjective analysis and objective analysis,and qualitative and quantitative user needs.The evaluation system proposes an AHP-entropy weight TOPSIS comprehensive decision model to guide the design of new products.First,classify the isolated hotel room user groups,select target users for interviews,and use the KJ method to establish user demand cards to obtain 11 user needs.Then,the engineering characteristics are mapped according to user requirements,and 5 engineering characteristics are summarized.Finally,based on 11 user needs and 5 engineering characteristics,a decision system was established.After analyzing the final data results,5 key user needs and 3 engineering characteristics with significant influence on user needs were obtained to guide hotel room disinfection Product design,which proves that the model is feasible and effective.Three hotel room disinfection product schemes were designed according to the needs of key users and significant engineering characteristics.The schemes were screened by the AHP method to obtain the final scheme.Using Rhino 3D modeling software and Key shot rendering software to complete the concept design of hotel room disinfection products.Finally,the research contents of this article are summarized,and the development of hotel sanitation and disinfection industry is prospected.
