With the rapid development of economic constuction,the demand for energy in countries around the world is increasing day by day.As a clean renewable energy,hydropower will still plays an important role in energy development and utilization in the future,and the construction of hydropower project will also continue to develop.Dam site selection as a good start for the construction of hydropower project,it is an important content of the project in the pre-feasibility study stage.Whether the site selection is reasonable will not only affect the dam type and the overall layout of the project,but cause certain economic and social benefits for the project.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the project site selection to lay a good foundation for the stability and safety of the later construction of the project.In this research,the paper draws on the advanced ideas and methods of project site selection from scholars at home and abroad,and discusses the issues of influencing factors and applicable methods of dam site selection.At first,it fully understand the relevant theoretical knowlede of the project site selection,conducts in-depth study on the classification of the hydropower station,the type of dam site,the principles of site selection and the basic procedures.At the same time,the influence factors of site selection are summarized,which lays a foundation for the selection of evaluation indexes of dam site.Secondly,in order to provide a new and effective tool for construction of hydropower station dam site selection model,on the premise of principles of constructing the evaluation index system,several factors affecting the selection of a dam site for the station are discussed in detail,and 9 indicators are selected,such as deep coverage,disrupted bed,permeability stability,total project investment,economic benefit cost ratio,vegetation coverage,electricity market demand,construction difficulty and transportation conditions.An evaluation index system was established to effectively analyze and evalucate the best scheme of dam site selection,and the methods and steps of preprocessing the indexes are given.Then,in order to find the best dam site,not only the Entropy Weight and TOPSIS are analyzed,but also the effective integration of the two methods is studied and build the entropy weight-TOPSIS model.The specific calculation methods and steps are described in detail,which provides a scientific basis for the construction of the dam site selection model.Finally,taking a hydropower station project in Guizhou as an example,this paper summarizes the main conditions such as project overview,hydrometeorology and engineering geology,and ccombines with the evaluation index system of dam site.In this study,the site selection analysis is carried out from 9 indexes of four aspects:geological condition,economic benefit,environmental impact and construction condition,and the best dam site was selected by using Entropy Weight and TOPSIS.In addition,the paper also constructs the radar map of comprehensive evaluation results,and analyzes the site selection from different perspectives. |
