With the advent of the 21 st century,China's rapid urbanization,a large number of resources and energy have been destroyed,the construction industry as a national high energy consumption industry,energy consumption and pollution continue to increase,not in line with the country's strategic goal of sustainable development,so green building as a new,energy-saving and environmental protection building,has become the first choice of construction industry practitioners.Green building is different from traditional building,it has an important significance in environmental protection and promoting ecological sustainable development,but at the same time,the complexity of green building and the long-term goal,there will be a lot of risks in the development process,which will affect the enthusiasm of project developers for the development of green building projects,so the implementation of green building development is facing challenges.Based on the perspective of developers,identify the risk factors of green building in the whole life cycle stage,use pest theory to summarize,draw a list of risk factors that affect green building developers,and finally demonstrate through the relevant cases of green building,give risk response suggestions,in order to provide reference for green building developers to deal with risks.(1)Firstly,the paper expounds the current background of green building,analyzes the connotation of green building,and on the basis of the domestic and foreign literature review of green building,according to the characteristics of green building,from the perspective of life cycle,divides green building into five stages,identifies the risk factors of developers,and constructs the political,economic,social and technical risks as per pest theory Evaluate the risk evaluation system of green building project developers.(2)Secondly,through literature reading and relevant research summary,risk factors are identified from the whole life cycle stage of the project.According to pest theory,28 risk factors affecting green building developers are identified from four aspects,and then the final risk indicator system is obtained through expert interview.(3)Finally,the entropy weight method and TOPSIS are used to establish the evaluation index system of risk factors of green building developers,identify the risk level of green building developers,analyze the relevant risk cases of green building developers,identify the risk factors of important levels and give relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
