A Study On Recreationists’ Satisfaction And Its Influencing Factors Of Shenyang City Park

Urban park is the main place for residents to relax,walk,keep fit and play on weekdays.It is also the ecological space with the most complete functions in the city.It plays an important role in disaster prevention and shelter,maintaining ecological environment and promoting the physical and mental health progress of recreationists.The fast pace of urban society makes people physically and mentally exhausted.At the same time,with the adjustment of the national holiday and vacation system and the improvement of people’s living standards,people’s recreation needs become increasingly strong.The needs of the majority of recreationists make the function of urban park recreation service more and more important(Wu Pan,2017).However,there are still a large number of urban park design only from the "supply side" aspect,and do not pay attention to the urban park recreationists: their real demand,makes the park green space built with a lot of human and material resources can not meet the needs of recreationists and the effect expected by the builders.In this context,it is of great significance to study the recreationists’ satisfaction of urban parks and put forward suggestions for its transformation and development from the perspective of recreationists,which is of great significance to improve the service function of urban parks,improve the satisfaction of recreationists and the quality of recreation.In this paper,in the study with eight representative of Shenyang city park as the research object,through the literature research method,interview method and field investigation of Shenyang city park built in Shenyang city park recreationists’ satisfaction model,using SPSS25.0 and AMOS25.0 software through factor analysis and structural equation model analysis for the data from questionnaire survey were analyzed.After a series of research and analysis,the factors affecting the satisfaction of recreationists in Shenyang city park and their mechanism of action are finally obtained.The weight of each index is calculated by the path coefficient method according to the standardized path coefficient of the modified structural equation model,so as to evaluate and compare the overall satisfaction of Shenyang city park and the satisfaction of recreationists in each case park.Finally,according to the conclusions of the research,some suggestions for improving the sustainable development of Shenyang city park are put forward.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)After the research,the influencing factors of the satisfaction of urban park recreationists are divided into five dimensions.The five dimensions are accessibility,landscape quality,service facilities,recreation environment and recreation function.There are19 index factors in total,including internal traffic accessibility,public transport,traveldistance,accessibility of internal scenic spots,plant landscape,cultural landscape,landscape pieces,water landscape,recreational facilities,parking facilities,sanitation facilities,identification system,environmental hygiene,safety environment,crowding degree,leisure and entertainment,physical fitness,emotion adjustment and cultural understanding.(2)Among the five dimensions of the influencing factors,the degree of accessibility has an indirect positive impact on the satisfaction of the recreationists,and the indirect effect is0.781.The three dimensions of landscape quality,service facilities and recreation environment have a positive and significant impact on the satisfaction of recreationists.Among them,the landscape quality has direct and indirect impact on the satisfaction of recreationists,and the total effect is 0.411.The two dimensions of service facilities and recreation environment have only a direct impact on the satisfaction of recreationists,but no indirect impact.Their total effects are 0.306 and 0.268 respectively.The dimension of recreation function also has no indirect effect on it,only has a direct positive impact,the impact effect is 0.245.The positive effect of recreationists’ satisfaction on the result variable of recreationists’ loyalty is 0.528,and the negative effect on recreationists’ complaint is-0.230.(3)After calculation,the satisfaction score of Shenyang city park reaches 79.20,which is relatively satisfactory according to the satisfaction score evaluation table.According to the scores,the indexes affecting the satisfaction degree of the recreationists were ranked as follows: recreation environment(81.78)> accessibility(79.68)> landscape quality =recreation function(79.20)> service facilities(76.78).The overall satisfaction of the eight case parks were: Zhongshan Park(79.72),Nanhu Park(79.56),Wanliutang Park(76.84),Beiling Park(82.88),Dongling Park(77.40),Tiexi Forest Park(78.62),Wulihe Park(81.26),Shenshuiwan Park(78.54).
