Quercus liaotungensis is a kind of undeveloped and renewable resources,contains a certain amount of tannin in different organs,and has a broad prospect of development and utilization.In this paper,three regions of Q.liaotungensis were taken as the research object,based on the north slope of Qinling Taibai Mountain nature reserve,the southern Loess Plateau Huang Longshan forest region and Yan 'an Baota district highway mountain.Quantitative determination the different regions,different habitats and different diameter grade on Q.liaotungensis tannin content of different organs by Uv spectrophotometry.Analyzed the relationship between the Q.liaotungensis tannin content and DBH and habitats.The main results were as follows:1?Q.liaotungens contains a certain amount of tannin in different organs:The content of tannin in Q.liaotungensis leaves,branches,bark,acorns were: 4.38%~5.19%,4.65%~6.23%,1.70%~2.30%,1.49%~2.44%.2?The significant difference of tannin content was observed among the different organs of the different regions,and the basic trend is the same,the results is as follows: the tannin contents of branch is the highest,followed by leaf,acorn,bark;The tannin content represented in different areas are that Taibai region is the highest,followed by the Huanglong region,the third is Yan'an region.3?A significant positive correlation in DBH and tannin content in different organs of Q.liaotungensis(0<DBH<40cm):The content of tannin in different organs with the DBH increased,and ultimately achieve stability,and the topvalue was observed in the DBH of 20~30cm.As the precious wood,the leaves and branches in the DBH more than 20 cm should be applied fully and efficiently.and it should be directive cultivation and special protection.4?A correlation in ecological factors and tannin content in different organs of Q.liaotungensis:Analysis the main effects of Q.liaotungensis tannin content of ecological factors.The result showed that soil organic matter and N,P,K had significant effects on the content of tannins in each organ of Q.liaotungensis and the average temperature in January and July,average annual precipitation,annual minimum temperature had significant effects on the content of tannins in Q.liaotungensis' branches,barks and acorns.5?Comparison of four different habitats in the same region of the tannin content of Q.liaotungensis,the results is as follows:in the shady slope is the highest,followed by the sunny slope,the third is edge of forest,last is isolated tree.So we should chose the shady conditions as the production base of raw materials of Q.liaotungensis tannin extract.
