Soil is the basis for agricultural production and it is one of the natural resource for human survival.However,with the development of industry and the increasing use of agricultural chemicals and increasing emissions of heavy metal pollutants,serious soil pollution becomes more and more serious.This leads to the acidification degree deepened and the acidification area increased greatly,which has become a serious environmental issues.The conventional method of improving soil quality is to reduce the activity of harmful heavy metal elements by using lime.However,the conventional liming process based on manual operation contains many shortcomings like labor-intensive,low efficiency,high cost and uneven spreading amount and causes soil hardening easily.Therefore,it is very necessary and significant to study the key technology of lime spreading machine.This thesis mainly carries out the following research work:1.The researches on the rotary lime machine mainly include lime structure design,the key parameter selection,spindle power computing and spindle blade strength analysis.Then,the key technical parameters are identified.The stress distribution and deformation amount of the spreading blade in different working conditions are discussed.2.The test of the lime spreading machine is carried out and the effects of various factors on the amount of spreading lime are analyzed.A mathematical model of lime spreading is deduced and the optimal working conditions are obtained.The test results show that dust clearance exert the greatest influence on liming amount and the rotating speed of the spreading roller has smaller influence,other factors have negligible influence on liming amount.The test results also show that the spreading machine reaches to the maximum liming rate of 5.02t/h when the rotate speed of the spreading roller is 119.28r/min and the spreading clearance is 10.25mm.3.The performance test of sample machine and field experiment are carried out.The suitable working conditions for different seeding quantity requirement are obtained.The practicability and feasibility of the liming and rotary cultivating duplex operation machine have been verified once again.
