| Wheat is one of the three major grain crops in our country,and it is also an important commodity grain and trade grain.Improving the yield of wheat is directly related to the food security and national livelihood of our country.At present,there are many problems in wheat planting in China,such as deep rotary tillage,sowing depth,sowing precision,operation efficiency,and so on.It is necessary to further improve the sowing machine.Aiming at the problems of seedling shortage,ridge breaking and seedling composting of existing wheat seeders,this paper puts forward an improved design scheme.By adopting the double-axis rotary tillage,fertilization,broadband planting and suppressing compound operation mode,combining the advantages and characteristics of deep rotary tillage and broadband planting technology,a double-axis rotary tillage broadband planting compound machine for fertilizing and pasting was designed,and a prototype machine was trial-manufactured and carried out in the field.Experiment.The main research work and achievements are as follows:(1)A broadband planting test-bed was constructed,and the influence of planting height on seeding dispersion and accuracy was studied.The equation of planting dispersion and accuracy was obtained by fitting the Origin curve of the test data.It was concluded that when the planting height was 11 cm,the comprehensive effect of planting was the best.The accuracy of planting was 80.1%,and the dispersity of planting was 60%.To meet the requirements of wheat sowing.(2)The design and research of double-axis rotary tillage fertilizer broadband sowing compound machine were carried out.The structure layout design and power transmission analysis of key structure double-axis rotary tillage stubble-killing mechanism were carried out.The hydraulic pipeline layout design,cylinder type selection and modal analysis of hydraulic lifting height regulating mechanism were carried out.It was concluded that the hydraulic cylinder for GXCL100-80-0 vehicle was selected,and the maximum vibration deformation of the mechanism was obtained.The amount is 7.76 mm,which meets the requirements of deformation strength and stiffness of the mechanism.(3)The design and research of broadband seeding mechanism with twin-roll support are carried out.The transmission efficiency of the mechanism is calculated to be 76.1%.The vibration characteristics of the frame are analyzed.It is concluded that when the harmonic load frequency is 21 Hz,the maximum deformation and stress of the frame appear in the X,Y and Z(4)directions.The maximum deformation is 2.76 mm and the maximum stress is 0.44 MPa,which can meet the requirements.Strength and stiffness requirements,the frame will not be destroyed by strength and stiffness;the structure design and stress analysis of the ditching and covering cutter,the designed cutter rotary radius is 15 cm,the maximum cutting resistance of the ditching and covering cutter group is 332 N,which has the advantages of small resistance and low power consumption.(5)Field experiments were carried out to test the parameters of seeding uniformity variation coefficient,qualified rate of seeding depth and seedling emergence rate.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of seeding uniformity was 40.672%,qualified rate of seeding depth was 90%,and seedling emergence rate was 90.4%.All performance parameters met the requirements of wheat seeding standards and were superior to existing similar machines. |
