The total amount of straw to field can be achieved by large tillage depth of rotary cultivator, At present, the tillage depth of mechanized straw application which be used in our countryside can not make enough previous crops straw be buried in the soil,which leads to so many problems such as the high proportion of straw in soil magnetism and soil imbalance of overburden grass, impending soil, affecting the growth of seeds, output and so on. Therefore, there is an urgent demand to design a kind of rotary cultivator which can make full amount of straw back in the soil for a large tillage depth to adapt in rice-wheat rotation.In this paper, design of the machine adopts the biaxial layered soil rotary cutting crafts, developed an rotary cultivator adapts to the full amount of straw counters-field set of big plough deep biaxial layered soil cutting, deep tillage can be up to 22cm, fertilization seeding mechanism was designed in the machine, to finish straw returned, deep tillage, fertilization and sowing in one time. In this paper, creation design was done on biaxial space layout structure, the arrangement of two rotary knife shafting and dislocation was adopted in the system. To bring about the 22cm big plough deep homework; rotary cutter selection and arrangement of equipment and fertilization seeding mechanism of machine were designed, the number of seeding line was 12 and fertilization line was 10; the way of power transmission matching and the way of linkage were designed, the side transmission and three-point suspension structure were selected; the structural parameters of the whole machine was determined.In this paper, three-dimensional modeling software CATIA was used to establish the complete 3 d model machine; ANAYS Workbench by simplifying the whole machine model, the finite element model was set up, and then the ANAYS Workbench software was used to do the modal analysis of the whole machine structure, the analysis shows that the work frequency of rotary cultivator was far from the 15 order natural frequency which shows that the whole structure of the machine would not damage by resonance.The field performance test was done on the machine, the test showed that the machine has good stability and throughput capacity, the operating effect was good. The main farmland parameters of Machine namely tillage depth was 22.35cm. Tillage depth stability, plow surface roughness, vegetation coverage, break rate of soil and so on were all meet the national standards. The consistency coefficient of variation of seeding quantity and fertilizer sowing amount, seeding uniformity coefficient of variation, sowing depth percent of pass were all meet the national standards.Combined with the performance of the machine structure characteristics and application test, the operation efficiency and the production efficiency of the machine were analyzed in detail, it was concluded that the machine has good market prospects in production and very superior economic advantage, users can recover the purchase cost and yield formation in the first year. Machines and social benefits were analyzed which shows that it has a positive significance in so many aspects, such as increasing production of crop, increasing income of farmers, reducing labor intensity, labor force input for the city and so on. This machine could also make important contribution for the protection of ecological environment. Combination of structure and function of the machine advantages and good economical advantage and social benefits, the application of machines and promotion were studied in the paper, combined with domestic agricultural machinery popularization and application of model, the specific marketing strategy of the machine was formulated, a good promotion effect was obtained.
