As climate change is becoming more and more obvious,the agricultural m eteorological disasters increase in frequency,intensity,harm,poses a serious thr eat to national food security and agricultural sustainable development.Therefore,on the divisions of agricultural disasters,can the scientific understanding of the meteorological disasters,meteorological disaster,meteorological disaster to impr ove the understanding of consciousness,rational layout,agricultural zoning,pro vide the basis for the Party of meteorological disaster division of agricultural a gricultural division for the realization of the formation of regional agriculture,modernization.This paper focuses on the research and application of key techn ologies of agricultural meteorological disaster zoning.Regionalization of agricultural meteorological disasters is supported by the Hunan provincial Climate Center research project,in the process of agricultural meteorological disaster zoning,meteorological grid data from various meteorological stations is based on Regionalization of agricultural meteorological disasters.Regionalization of agricultural meteorological disasters requires interpolation of meteorological data to generate grid data,the meteorological data of many types,the need for different interpolation algorithms and derivative algorithm.Therefore,according to different meteorological factors analysis of 12 kinds of commonly used interpolation algorithm.At the same time,the small grid data after interpolation is time and latitude and longitude data cube based on combination,due to different meteorological factors and different interpolation methods,the small amount of meteorological grid data after interpolation is huge,according to the characteristics of the meteorological disaster factor of small grid interpolation,through experimental analysis of computer operating performance of different storage format grid data of meteorological disaster factors,determine the Network Common Data Format(NetCDF)based on the storage scheme of meteorological disaster factor of small grid interpolation data format,this scheme solves the storage problem of small grid data,and achieved good results in practical application.In the process of regionalization of agricultural meteorological disasters,meteorological factors due to the small grid data interpolation is a kind of massive data,needs to use the data mining technology is used to deal with massive data,especially the clustering analysis method.Clustering analysis method through natural classification processing of massive data,in order to get the support of the geographic information system of agricultural meteorological disaster zoning meaningful data.K-means algorithm is a clustering algorithm based on partitioning clustering analysis,often used as a deviation of clustering criterion.Due to the small grid interpolation data of large amount of information,and the need for real-time clustering,which requires improved K-means algorithm classic.Therefore,based on the k-means algorithm,by introducing KD tree spatial data structure,the initial cluster center from the multidimensional data of a one-dimensional interval interval centralized selection,and the use of pruning strategies in the process of object allocation data to improve the efficiency of the algorithm,called CK-means algorithm.Compared with the improved K-means algorithm with the classical algorithm through this,the efficiency is more superior.
